أصدرت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم، بيانًا بشأن تنفيذ حُكم القتل تعزيرًا في مواطِنين لارتكابهما جرائم إرهابية، فيما يلي نصه:
قال الله تعالى (وَلَا تُفْسِدُواْ فِي الْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاحِهَا)، وقال تعالى (وَلَا تَبْغِ الْفَسَادَ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ)، وقال تعالى (وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَسَاد)، وقال تعالى (إِنَّمَا جَزَاء الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَن يُقَتَّلُواْ أَوْ يُصَلَّبُواْ أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم مِّنْ خِلافٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْاْ مِنَ الأَرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ).
أقدم كل من عبدالله بن سليمان بن عبدالله الفراج، وسليمان بن عبدالعزيز بن محمد الربع -سعوديي الجنسية- على ارتكاب جرائم إرهابية تمثلت في الاشتراك في تأسيس تنظيم إرهابي وتصنيع العبوات الناسفة، والذخيرة الحية بهدف قتل رجال الأمن والإخلال بأمن المجتمع واستقراره.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على المذكورين، وأسفر التحقيق معهما عن توجيه الاتهام إليهما بارتكاب تلك الجرائم، وبإحالتهما إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقهما حُكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليهما وقتلهما تعزيرًا، وأصبح الحكم نهائيًا بعد تأييده من مرجعه، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا، وتم تنفيذ حُكم القتل تعزيرًا بحق كل من عبدالله بن سليمان بن عبدالله الفراج وسليمان بن عبدالعزيز بن محمد الربع -سعوديي الجنسية- يوم الخميس 10/ 04 / 1447هـ الموافق 02 / 10 / 2025 بمنطقة القصيم.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن عن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حُكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين أو يسفك دماءهم، وينتهك حقهم في الحياة والأمن، وتحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of a death penalty ruling for two citizens for committing terrorist crimes, the text of which is as follows:
Allah Almighty said (And do not cause corruption upon the earth after its reformation), and He said (And do not seek to cause corruption in the earth; indeed, Allah does not like the corrupters), and He said (And Allah does not like corruption), and He said (Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive to cause corruption in the land is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment).
Both Abdullah bin Sulayman bin Abdullah Al-Faraj and Sulayman bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Rub' - Saudi nationals - committed terrorist crimes that involved participating in the establishment of a terrorist organization and manufacturing explosive devices and live ammunition with the aim of killing security personnel and disrupting the security and stability of society.
Thanks to Allah, the security authorities were able to apprehend the aforementioned individuals, and the investigation with them resulted in charges being brought against them for committing those crimes. Upon their referral to the competent court, a ruling was issued confirming the charges against them and sentencing them to death as a form of retribution. The ruling became final after being upheld by its authority, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was determined by Sharia. The death penalty was carried out against both Abdullah bin Sulayman bin Abdullah Al-Faraj and Sulayman bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Rub' - Saudi nationals - on Thursday, 10/04/1447 AH, corresponding to 02/10/2025, in the Al-Qassim region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintain security, achieve justice, and implement the rulings of Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe or sheds their blood, violating their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who may contemplate such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
