تفوّق دفتر حضور المعلمين والمعلمات وانصرافهم على تطبيق «حضوري» بعد مواصلة تعليق التطبيق عن العمل لعدد كبير من المعلمين والمعلمات لليوم الثالث على التوالي منذ بدء تطبيقه رسمياً في مدارس المملكة كافة مطلع الأسبوع الحالي.
وفوجئ منسوبو المدارس بصعوبة الدخول إلى التطبيق، إذ تظهر لهم رسالة «حدث خطأ يرجى المحاولة لاحقاً» على الرغم من المحاولات المتكررة منهم للدخول منذ بدء الدوام الرسمي المحدد له الساعة الـ6:15 صباحاً، وأعربوا عن أملهم في أن تحسم وزارة التعليم وضع التعليق إما بمعالجة الخلل التقني أو إلغاء التحضير الإلكتروني والعودة للتحضير الورقي لحين إنهاء المشكلة.
وأكد معلمون لـ«عكاظ» أن التطبيق ظل خارج الخدمة حتى الـ11:00 صباحاً، ما أربك عملهم، وأفسد أول أسبوع من التطبيق الشمولي في إدارات التعليم كافة، وقال أحدهم «حضرت إلى المدرسة عند الـ6:15، ولم أتمكّن من دخول التطبيق».
وتداولت مواقع التواصل مشاهد غير مألوفة أظهرت معلمين يخرجون من فصولهم؛ بحثاً عن شبكات الاتصال، رافعين هواتفهم لأعلى في محاولات متكررة لتأكيد حضورهم.
من جانبها أوضحت وزارة التعليم أن خطوات استخدام التطبيق تتطلب تشغيل البلوتوث أولاً، ثم تفعيل خدمات الموقع، والاقتراب من الموقع الصحيح، وأخيراً الاتصال بالإنترنت.
ويهدف «حضوري» إلى التحوّل الرقمي الكامل في عمليات الحضور والانصراف عبر تقنيات GPS والسمات الحيوية، مع تحديد ساعات الدوام الرسمي بـ7 ساعات متصلة، تبدأ من الـ6:15 صباحاً حتى الـ1:15 ظهراً.
The attendance record for teachers has surpassed the "Hodouri" application after the suspension of the app's functionality for a large number of teachers for the third consecutive day since its official launch in all schools across the Kingdom at the beginning of this week.
School staff were surprised by the difficulty in accessing the application, as they received a message stating "An error occurred, please try again later," despite their repeated attempts to log in since the official working hours began at 6:15 AM. They expressed hope that the Ministry of Education would resolve the suspension either by addressing the technical issue or by canceling the electronic attendance and returning to paper attendance until the problem is resolved.
Teachers confirmed to "Okaz" that the application remained out of service until 11:00 AM, which disrupted their work and spoiled the first week of comprehensive application in all education departments. One teacher said, "I arrived at school at 6:15, and I was unable to access the application."
Social media circulated unusual scenes showing teachers leaving their classrooms in search of network connections, raising their phones high in repeated attempts to confirm their attendance.
For its part, the Ministry of Education clarified that the steps to use the application require first turning on Bluetooth, then activating location services, getting close to the correct location, and finally connecting to the internet.
The "Hodouri" application aims for a complete digital transformation in attendance and departure processes through GPS technology and biometric features, with official working hours set at 7 continuous hours, starting from 6:15 AM until 1:15 PM.
