فوجئ معلمو ومعلمات المملكة اليوم (الأحد)، في عدد من إدارات التعليم بتعطل نظام حضوري لإثبات الحضور والانصراف في مدارس التعليم العام مع بدء التطبيق الإلزامي في كافة الإدارات التعليمية.
العودة إلى التحضير الورقي القديم
ولم يتمكن غالبية المعلمين والمعلمات من الدخول للنظام، إذ ظهرت لهم عبارتا «حدث خطأ ما» و«الرجاء الانتظار»، ما اضطرّ إدارات المدارس للعودة إلى التحضير الورقي القديم وإثبات حضور منسوبي المدرسة لحين إنهاء الإشكالية.
وعلى الرغم من نجاح فترة تجربة النظام مع بداية تطبيقه في بعض الإدارات مع مطلع العام الدراسي الحالي إلا أن تعطله في اليوم الأول للتطبيق الإلزامي أثار مخاوف المعلمين والمعلمات من عدم قدرة النظام على مواجهة الضغط الكبير بسبب كثرة أعداد الكوادر التعليمية والإدارية في مدارس التعليم العام بقطاعيها البنين والبنات، وطالبوا بمعالجة العطل الذي تسبب في حدوث إرباك في المدارس.
Teachers in the Kingdom were surprised today (Sunday) in several educational administrations by the malfunction of the attendance system for recording presence and departure in public education schools, coinciding with the mandatory implementation across all educational administrations.
Return to the Old Paper Preparation
The majority of teachers were unable to access the system, as they encountered the messages "An error occurred" and "Please wait," which forced school administrations to revert to the old paper preparation method and to record the attendance of school staff until the issue is resolved.
Despite the successful trial period of the system at the beginning of its implementation in some administrations at the start of the current academic year, its failure on the first day of mandatory application raised concerns among teachers about the system's ability to handle the significant pressure due to the large number of educational and administrative staff in public education schools for both boys and girls. They called for a resolution to the malfunction that caused confusion in the schools.
