واسى أمير منطقة حائل عبدالعزيز بن سعد بن عبدالعزيز أسرة الكتفاء في وفاة فقيدهم سطام بن فيحان الكتفاء الأسلمي وأبنائه، الذين قضوا في حادث مروري مروّع بمحافظة الشنان أدى إلى احتراق المركبة بشكل كامل ورحيل أسرة كاملة في لحظة موجعة.
أمير المنطقة قطع في إجازته الأسبوعية أكثر من 100 كيلومتر متجها إلى محافظة الشنان، حيث قدّم التعازي والمواساة لذوي الفقيد في منزلهم بحضور وبران وناهي الكتفاء وأشقاء الفقيد وأقاربه، ودعا الله أن يتغمد المتوفين بواسع رحمته، وأن يسكنهم فسيح جناته، وأن يلهم ذويهم الصبر والسلوان.
زيارة العزاء عكست حرص القيادة على مشاركة الأهالي في مصابهم، وأظهرت عمق العلاقة الإنسانية التي تجمع أمير المنطقة بأبنائها. فقد خيّم الحزن على الشنان بأكملها، وتحوّل العزاء إلى موقف جامع استشعر فيه الجميع حجم الفقد وأثره الكبير.

The prince traveled more than 100 kilometers during his weekly vacation to Al-Shanan, where he offered condolences and sympathy to the bereaved family at their home, in the presence of Wabran and Nahi Al-Kitfa, the deceased's brothers, and relatives. He prayed to God to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy, to grant them a place in His spacious gardens, and to inspire their loved ones with patience and solace.

A sense of sorrow enveloped all of Al-Shanan, and the mourning turned into a collective moment where everyone felt the magnitude of the loss and its significant impact.
