توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم استمرار هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار على مناطق جازان، عسير، الباحة، مكة المكرمة، ولا يستبعد تكوّن الضباب على تلك المناطق، كذلك على المنطقة الشرقية، كما لا تزال الفرصة مهيأة لهطول أمطار رعدية خفيفة على مناطق نجران، المدينة المنورة، الرياض، الشرقية.
سحب رعدية ممطرة
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة 20 - 42 كم/ساعة تصل إلى 50 كم/ساعة مع تشكّل السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى مترين ونصف مع تشكّل السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تشكّل السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي.
أما حركة الرياح السطحية على الخليج العربي شمالية غربية إلى غربية على الجزء الشمالي, وشرقية إلى جنوبية شرقية على الجزء الأوسط والجنوبي بسرعة 12 - 35 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology has predicted in its weather report for today the continuation of moderate to heavy thunderstorm rains that will lead to the flow of torrents, accompanied by showers of hail and active winds stirring up dust and sand in the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah. The formation of fog in these areas, as well as in the Eastern Province, is not ruled out. Additionally, there remains a chance for light thunderstorm rains in the regions of Najran, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province.
Rainy Thunderclouds
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea is northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 20 - 42 km/h, reaching up to 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part. The wave height ranges from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching up to two and a half meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part. The sea condition is light to moderate waves, becoming choppy with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part.
As for the surface wind movement over the Arabian Gulf, it is northwesterly to westerly in the northern part, and easterly to southeasterly in the central and southern parts at a speed of 12 - 35 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters. The sea condition is light to moderate waves.
