أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم، بيانًا بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا، بثلاثة جناة في منطقة الحدود الشمالية، فيما يلي نصه: قال الله تعالى: (وَلَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاحِهَا)، وقال تعالى: (وَلَا تَبْغِ الْفَسَادَ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ)، وقال تعالى: (وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَسَادَ)، وقال تعالى: (إِنَّمَا جَزَاء الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَن يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم مِّنْ خِلافٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْا مِنَ الأَرْضِ، ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ).
أقدم كل من سعود بن عيد بن محمد الرويلي، ومساعد بن محمد بن مفضي الأشجعي، وخالد بن عصري بن مضحي الحازمي (سعوديي الجنسية) على جلب وتلقي أقراص الإمفيتامين المخدرة، وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجناة المذكورين وأسفر التحقيق معهم عن توجيه الاتهام إليهم بارتكاب الجريمة، وبإحالتهم إلى المحكمة المختصة؛ صدر بحقهم حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليهم وقتلهم تعزيرًا، وأصبح الحكم نهائيًا بعد تأييده من مرجعه، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا بالجناة سعود بن عيد بن محمد الرويلي، ومساعد بن محمد بن مفضي الأشجعي، وخالد بن عصري بن مضحي الحازمي (سعوديي الجنسية) يوم الإثنين 16 / 3 / 1447هـ الموافق 8 / 9 / 2025 بمنطقة الحدود الشمالية.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على حماية أمن المواطن والمقيم من آفة المخدرات، وإيقاع أشد العقوبات المقررة نظامًا بحق مهربيها ومروجيها؛ لما تسببه من إزهاق للأرواح البريئة، وفساد جسيم بالنشء والفرد والمجتمع، وانتهاك لحقوقهم، وهي تحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من يقدم على ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of a capital punishment ruling against three perpetrators in the Northern Borders region. The text is as follows: Allah Almighty said: (And do not cause corruption upon the earth after its reformation), and He said: (And do not seek corruption in the land; indeed, Allah does not like the corrupters), and He said: (And Allah does not like corruption), and He said: (The only reward of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment).
Each of Saud bin Eid bin Muhammad Al-Ruwaili, Musaid bin Muhammad bin Mafdi Al-Ashgai, and Khalid bin Asri bin Midhahi Al-Hazmi (Saudi nationals) was involved in the trafficking and receiving of amphetamine pills. By the grace of Allah, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrators, and the investigation with them led to charges being filed against them for committing the crime. They were referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against them and sentencing them to capital punishment. The ruling became final after being upheld by its reference, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided.
The capital punishment ruling was carried out against the perpetrators Saud bin Eid bin Muhammad Al-Ruwaili, Musaid bin Muhammad bin Mafdi Al-Ashgai, and Khalid bin Asri bin Midhahi Al-Hazmi (Saudi nationals) on Monday, 16/3/1447 AH corresponding to 8/9/2025 in the Northern Borders region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the Saudi Arabian Government's commitment to protecting the security of citizens and residents from the scourge of drugs and to impose the harshest penalties prescribed by law against traffickers and promoters due to the loss of innocent lives, severe corruption of youth, individuals, and society, and violations of their rights. At the same time, it warns anyone who engages in such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
