أشاد نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، بالجهود الكبيرة التي يبذلها رجال مكافحة المخدرات في حماية أبناء وبنات الوطن من المخدرات، والحد من عمليات التهريب، والتصدي لكل من يحاول الإضرار بالشباب، مؤكداً أن ما تحقق من إنجازات إنما يعكس ما توليه القيادة الرشيدة من دعم واهتمام ورعاية، لتمكين رجال مكافحة المخدرات من أداء واجبهم الوطني بكفاءة واقتدار.
جاء ذلك خلال استقبال سموه في مكتبه بديوان الإمارة اليوم الأربعاء، مدير مكافحة المخدرات بالمنطقة الشرقية العميد فيصل بن مقعد العتيبي، الذي قدّم عرضاً عن أبرز الإنجازات والمبادرات التوعوية التي نُفذت خلال الفترة الماضية، مشيراً إلى حرص المديرية على رفع مستوى الأداء وتطوير العمل الميداني والتوعوي بفضل ما تحظى به من دعم القيادة وتوجيهاتها المستمرة.
ورفع العميد العتيبي شكره وتقديره لسمو نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية على اهتمامه ومتابعته، مؤكداً أن هذه الرعاية تسهم في تعزيز قدرات رجال الأمن على مواصلة أداء مهامهم وحماية المجتمع.
The Deputy Emir of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, praised the significant efforts made by the drug enforcement officers in protecting the sons and daughters of the nation from drugs, limiting smuggling operations, and confronting anyone who attempts to harm the youth. He emphasized that the achievements realized reflect the support, interest, and care provided by the wise leadership, enabling the drug enforcement officers to perform their national duty with efficiency and competence.
This came during his reception of the Director of Drug Enforcement in the Eastern Province, Brigadier General Faisal bin Muqad Al-Otaibi, in his office at the Emirate's Diwan today, Wednesday. The director presented a report on the most notable achievements and awareness initiatives implemented during the past period, pointing out the directorate's commitment to enhancing performance and developing field and awareness work, thanks to the support and continuous guidance from the leadership.
Brigadier General Al-Otaibi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Deputy Emir of the Eastern Province for his interest and follow-up, affirming that this support contributes to enhancing the capabilities of security personnel to continue performing their duties and protecting the community.
