أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم، بياناً بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل حدّاً في فيصل بن عوض بن تايه العنزي -سعودي الجنسية- لإقدامه على ارتكاب جرائم إرهابية تمثّلت في الانضمام إلى تنظيم إرهابي خارجي، واستهداف رجال الأمن بهدف قتلهم، وقتل رجل أمن، والإخلال بأمن المجتمع واستقراره.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على المذكور، وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب تلك الجرائم، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقه حُكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه؛ ولأن ما أقدم عليه من الأفعال الجرمية المرتكبة ضرب من ضروب الحرابة والحكم عليه بحد الحرابة وأن تكون عقوبته القتل، وأصبح الحُكم نهائياً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العُليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا بحق المذكور، وأن يكون ذلك بقتله.
وتم تنفيذ حُكم القتل حدّاً الجاني اليوم الأربعاء 4 / 3 / 1447هـ الموافق 27 / 08 / 2025م بمنطقة القصيم.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين أو يسفك دماءهم، وينتهك حقهم في الحياة والأمن، وتحذّر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the execution of the death penalty for Faisal bin Awad bin Tayeh Al-Anzi - a Saudi national - for committing terrorist crimes that included joining an external terrorist organization, targeting security personnel with the intent to kill them, killing a security officer, and disrupting the security and stability of society.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned individual, and the investigation with him resulted in charges being brought against him for committing those crimes. He was referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against him; and because his actions constituted a form of highway robbery, he was sentenced to death, which became final after his appeal and subsequent confirmation by the Supreme Court. A royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided against him, which was his execution.
The death penalty was carried out today, Wednesday, 4/3/1447 AH, corresponding to 27/08/2025 AD, in the Al-Qassim region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to reaffirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintain security, achieve justice, and implement Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe or sheds their blood, violating their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who may contemplate such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
