كثّفت بلدية محافظة الدائر بمنطقة جازان جهودها لمواجهة تداعيات الأمطار الغزيرة التي هطلت على المحافظة، عصر أمس الإثنين، واستمرت لساعات الليل، إذ تمكنت من فتح الطريق العام بعد انقطاعه ووصول بلاغات عدة للبلدية عن عدد من الانهيارات بطرق آل قطيل والموطف والكرمة وطريق مدرسة آل علي، وتم تمهيدها لتسهيل الحركة المرورية ووصول الطلاب لمدارسهم والمواطنين لمنازلهم.
وأوضح رئيس البلدية المهندس حسين بن أحمد الفيفي أن البلدية تلقت عدداً من البلاغات عن انجرافات وانقطاعات للطرق وعلى الفور باشرت البلدية وفرقها الميدانية الموقع، وتم فتح الطرق وتمهيدها وباشرت البلدية مهماتها منذ ساعات الليل وحتى الصباح، مبيناً أن البلدية باشرت كذلك رفع الصخور المتساقطة على الشارع العام بالمحافظة وعدد من المواقع، فيما لا تزال المعدات تعمل حتى الآن لفتح كافة الطرق.
وبين الفيفي أن البلدية استنفرت معداتها كافة وآلياتها لفتح الطرق وعمل غرفة طوارئ تعمل على مدار الساعة، لتلقي بلاغات المواطنين ومباشرتها على الفور.
The municipality of Al-Dayer in the Jazan region has intensified its efforts to address the repercussions of the heavy rains that fell on the governorate yesterday afternoon, continuing into the night. They managed to reopen the main road after it was blocked and received several reports about landslides on the roads of Al-Qateel, Al-Muwatf, Al-Karma, and the road to Al-Ali School. The roads were cleared to facilitate traffic and allow students to reach their schools and citizens to get to their homes.
The municipality's president, Engineer Hussein bin Ahmed Al-Fifi, stated that the municipality received several reports about landslides and road blockages. Immediately, the municipality and its field teams responded to the site, reopening and clearing the roads. The municipality has been carrying out its tasks from the night until the morning, indicating that they also began removing fallen rocks from the main street in the governorate and several other locations, while equipment is still working to open all roads.
Al-Fifi explained that the municipality has mobilized all its equipment and machinery to open the roads and has established an emergency room that operates around the clock to receive citizens' reports and respond to them immediately.
