أوضحت المديرية العامة للجوازات أن سداد الاستحقاقات المالية الخاصة بالمرافقين يعد شرطا أساسيا قبل إتمام إجراءات إصدار تأشيرة الخروج النهائي عبر منصة «أبشر».
وجاء التوضيح بعد استفسار أحد المواطنين عبر منصة «إكس» حول رغبته في إصدار تأشيرة خروج نهائي لسائقه الخاص وزوجته المقيمة، إذ واجه رسالة بعدم كفاية الرصيد لإتمام العملية.
وأكدت «الجوازات» عبر حسابها الرسمي لخدمة العملاء، أن على المستفيد التأكد من سداد الرسوم المالية أولا، ومن ثم استكمال طلب التأشيرة إلكترونيا، مشيرة إلى أن جميع الخدمات مرتبطة آليا بالالتزامات المالية المقررة.
ويعكس هذا الإجراء توجه وزارة الداخلية نحو ربط الخدمات الإلكترونية بالاشتراطات النظامية، بما يضمن الانسيابية في إنجاز المعاملات ويعزز من كفاءة الأتمتة والتحول الرقمي الذي تشهده القطاعات الحكومية في المملكة.
The General Directorate of Passports clarified that settling the financial obligations related to dependents is a fundamental requirement before completing the procedures for issuing a final exit visa through the "Absher" platform.
This clarification came after an inquiry from a citizen via the "X" platform regarding his desire to issue a final exit visa for his private driver and his resident wife, as he encountered a message indicating insufficient balance to complete the process.
The "Passports" department confirmed through its official customer service account that the beneficiary must ensure the payment of financial fees first, and then complete the visa application electronically, noting that all services are automatically linked to the established financial obligations.
This procedure reflects the Ministry of Interior's direction towards linking electronic services with regulatory requirements, ensuring smooth processing of transactions and enhancing the efficiency of automation and digital transformation witnessed by government sectors in the Kingdom.
