أودع صندوق التنمية العقارية، أمس، مليارًا واثنين وأربعين مليون ريال، في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني من وزارة البلديات والإسكان، والصندوق العقاري، وذلك عن أغسطس 2025.
وأوضح الصندوق العقاري، أن إجمالي دعم أغسطس خُصص لدعم أرباح عقود برامج الدعم السكني المتنوعة، وذلك في إطار دعم وتحسين قدرة المستفيدين على تملُّك السكن، تحقيقًا لمستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030.
وأكد الصندوق استمرار العمل على تطوير الحلول التمويلية، بالشراكة مع الجهات التمويلية والمطورين العقاريين؛ بهدف تسهيل رحلة تملُّك السكن، وتعزيز فرص التملُّك وفق الخيارات المتاحة، وأفضل التوصيات التمويلية.
يُذكر، أن صندوق التنمية العقارية، يُقدِّم خدمات برامج الدعم السكني إلكترونيًّا، من خلال البوابة الإلكترونية للصندوق، إضافة إلى خدمة «المستشار العقاري»؛ لتمكين المستفيدين من تصميم دعمهم السكني، والحصول على أفضل التوصيات التمويلية والسكنية.

The Real Estate Development Fund deposited yesterday one billion and forty-two million riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the Real Estate Fund, for August 2025.
The Real Estate Fund clarified that the total support for August was allocated to support the profits of contracts for various housing support programs, as part of the efforts to support and improve the beneficiaries' ability to own housing, in line with the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The Fund confirmed its ongoing work to develop financing solutions in partnership with financing entities and real estate developers; with the aim of facilitating the journey of home ownership and enhancing ownership opportunities according to the available options and the best financing recommendations.
It is worth noting that the Real Estate Development Fund provides electronic services for housing support programs through the Fund's electronic portal, in addition to the "Real Estate Consultant" service; to enable beneficiaries to design their housing support and obtain the best financing and housing recommendations.
