توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم هطول أمطار رعدية غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار، على أجزاء من مناطق جازان، عسير، الباحة، ومتوسطة إلى غزيرة على أجزاء من مناطق مكة المكرمة، المدينة المنورة ونجران، مع تكون الضباب على أجزاء من مرتفعات تلك المناطق.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى غربية على الجزء الشمالي بسرعة 15-35 كم/ساعة تصل إلى 45 كم/ساعة باتجاه خليج العقبة وتكون جنوبية إلى جنوبية غربية على الجزء الجنوبي والأوسط بسرعة 15-42 كم/ساعة تصل إلى أكثر من 50 كم/ساعة، مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي والأوسط وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي والأوسط، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي والأوسط، وتكون حركة الرياح السطحية على الخليج العربي شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 10-30 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report today heavy thunderstorm rains that will lead to the flow of torrents, accompanied by showers of hail and active winds stirring dust and sand, over parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and moderate to heavy rains over parts of the regions of Makkah, Madinah, and Najran, with fog formation over parts of the highlands of those areas.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea is northwesterly to westerly in the northern part at a speed of 15-35 km/h, reaching up to 45 km/h towards the Gulf of Aqaba, and southerly to southwesterly in the southern and central parts at a speed of 15-42 km/h, reaching more than 50 km/h, with thunderstorm clouds forming in the southern and central parts and wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching over two meters with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern and central parts. The sea condition is light to moderate with waves reaching choppy, along with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern and central parts. The surface wind movement over the Arabian Gulf is northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 10-30 km/h, with wave heights from half a meter to one meter, and the sea condition is light.
