السلمي: «مسار واعد».. امتداد لجهود الإعلام في تمكين الشباب السعودي

The General Authority for Media Regulation held an introductory workshop yesterday in partnership with the private sector, to introduce the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program (Promising Path) dedicated to the media sector, just one day after the Minister of Media announced the launch of the path aimed at sending creative individuals in the media field abroad.

Hassan Al-Sulami, the Deputy CEO of the General Authority for Media Regulation, explained that the workshop brought together a selection of leading media entities in the private sector, with the aim of activating the program. He pointed out that its topics included an introduction to (Promising Path) and the requirements for participation, aligning the program with the needs of the media sector, in addition to discussing aspects of partnership in training, scholarships, and media employment.

He added, "The private sector is rich with great opportunities and possesses creative young Saudi talents in the media field," emphasizing that the scholarship program is an extension of the media system's efforts to empower Saudi youth, and a continuation of the current training work areas in the Saudi Media Academy, the News Agency Academy, and the Radio and Television Academy.
