ثمن وزير العدل رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة السعودية للمحامين الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني موافقة مجلس الوزراء على تعديل بعض مواد تنظيم الهيئة السعودية للمحامين، مؤكداً أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار تطوير قطاع المحاماة؛ لرفع كفاءة الأنظمة العدلية، وتعزيز العدالة والموثوقية.
وأوضح أن هذه التعديلات تعكس استمرار مسيرة التطوير التشريعي والقانوني في المملكة، بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز -حفظهما الله، ضمن مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030؛ التي أسهمت في رفع كفاءة الأداء، مشيراً إلى أن مهنة المحاماة لها أهمية كبيرة في المنظومة العدلية لما يقوم به أفرادها من دور بارز في تحقيق العدالة.
وأضاف الصمعاني أن تطوير مهنة المحاماة يوفر بيئة تنظيمية عادلة ومحفزة، تدعم الحقوق، وتعزز الثقة، وتدفع عجلة النمو والاستثمار وتخدم المستفيدين من أفراد ومؤسسات بجودة عالية بما يعكس التقدم المستمر في رفع مستوى الاحتراف القانوني، وتعزيز الجوانب القانونية.
يذكر أن دراسة هذه التعديلات واقتراحها تم بالتنسيق مع الهيئة السعودية للمحامين والجهات ذات العلاقة، وذلك لرفع مستوى التأهيل المهني للمحامين وتعزيز التزامهم بالمعايير المهنية والأخلاقية، بما يسهم في تطوير الممارسة القانونية ودعم بيئة عدلية متقدمة.
The Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Bar Association, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, praised the Cabinet's approval of amendments to some articles of the organization of the Saudi Bar Association, confirming that this step comes within the framework of developing the legal profession to enhance the efficiency of judicial systems and promote justice and reliability.
He explained that these amendments reflect the ongoing legislative and legal development in the Kingdom, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz - may Allah protect them, as part of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which has contributed to improving performance efficiency. He pointed out that the legal profession holds significant importance in the judicial system due to the prominent role its members play in achieving justice.
Al-Samaani added that developing the legal profession provides a fair and stimulating regulatory environment that supports rights, enhances trust, drives growth and investment, and serves beneficiaries from individuals and institutions with high quality, reflecting the continuous progress in raising the level of legal professionalism and enhancing legal aspects.
It is worth mentioning that the study and proposal of these amendments were coordinated with the Saudi Bar Association and relevant authorities, in order to raise the level of professional qualification for lawyers and enhance their commitment to professional and ethical standards, contributing to the development of legal practice and supporting an advanced judicial environment.
