تفقد وزير البيئة والمياه والزراعة المهندس عبدالرحمن الفضلي، مشاريع المنظومة في منطقة تبوك، بحضور وكلاء ومسؤولي وقيادات الوزارة والقطاعات التابعة، واطّلع ميدانيًا على سير العمل، والخدمات التي تقدمها الوزارة للمستفيدين في مجالات البيئة والمياه والزراعة.
وعقد لقاءً بقيادات المنظومة في المنطقة، مطلعًا خلاله على عروضٍ مرئية حول سير الأعمال، والتقدم المحرز في الخدمات التي تقدمها لسكان المنطقة، واستعرض الخطط المستقبلية، والمبادرات والفرص التي من شأنها تعزيز الأثر الاقتصادي للقطاعات المنظومة، ورفع كفاءته التشغيلية، بما يسهم في تحقيق أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030.
ووقف الوزير الفضلي ميدانيًا، على مشروع محطة معالجة المياه – (2)، التي تعمل بسعة تصميمية تبلغ (90) ألف م³ يوميًا، وتصل عند الذروة إلى (135) ألف م³، وذلك لرفع الأثر البيئي، والاستفادة من المياه المعالجة في الصناعة والري، كما تابع سير العمل في محطة الضخ والخزن – (1)، لتلبية احتياجات السكان من المياه، وتوزيعها للمستهلكين في مختلف مناطق تبوك، وتفقد مشروع استكمال شبكات المياه، وسجل زيارة للبيوت المحمية التابعة لشركة توبيان الغذائية الرائدة في تطوير أنظمة غذائية مستقبلية، من خلال مشاريع زراعية متقدمة ومستدامة، مثل البيوت الزراعية المحمية، واستخدام التقنيات المبتكرة، بما في ذلك الذكاء الاصطناعي، للمساهمة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في المملكة.
وفي ختام الزيارة، التقى الفضلي، بالمواطنين والمزارعين والمستثمرين في مركز احتفالات ومؤتمرات أمانة منطقة تبوك، واستمع إلى مرئياتهم واستفساراتهم حول الخدمات والفرص التي تقدمها الوزارة، مؤكدًا حرص القيادة، على دعم المشاريع التنموية التي تقدم الخدمات للمواطنين والمقيمين في مجالات المنظومة، داعيًا جميع منسوبي ومنسوبات المنظومة على بذل المزيد من الجهود دعمًا لإستراتيجيات الوزارة الرامية إلى تحقيق المستهدفات الوطنية.
The Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Fadli, inspected the system projects in the Tabuk region, in the presence of the ministry's agents, officials, and leadership, and he reviewed the work progress and the services provided by the ministry to beneficiaries in the fields of environment, water, and agriculture.
He held a meeting with the system leaders in the region, during which he was briefed on visual presentations regarding the progress of work and the advancements made in the services provided to the residents of the area. He reviewed future plans, initiatives, and opportunities that could enhance the economic impact of the system sectors and improve its operational efficiency, contributing to the achievement of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals.
The minister, Al-Fadli, also visited the water treatment plant – (2), which operates at a designed capacity of (90) thousand m³ per day, reaching (135) thousand m³ at peak times, to enhance environmental impact and utilize treated water in industry and irrigation. He followed up on the work progress at the pumping and storage station – (1), to meet the water needs of residents and distribute it to consumers in various areas of Tabuk. He inspected the project to complete water networks and recorded a visit to the greenhouses belonging to the Toubian Food Company, a leader in developing future food systems through advanced and sustainable agricultural projects, such as protected agricultural houses, and the use of innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence, to contribute to achieving food security in the Kingdom.
At the end of the visit, Al-Fadli met with citizens, farmers, and investors at the Tabuk Region Municipality's celebrations and conferences center, listening to their views and inquiries regarding the services and opportunities provided by the ministry. He emphasized the leadership's commitment to supporting developmental projects that provide services to citizens and residents in the fields of the system, calling on all members of the system to exert more efforts in support of the ministry's strategies aimed at achieving national targets.
