يعود «ملتقى الصحة العالمي 2025» في نسخته الثامنة إلى العاصمة الرياض، خلال الفترة من 27 إلى 30 أكتوبر القادم، تحت رعاية وزارة الصحة، وبدعم من برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي، أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، حيث يفتح الملتقى أبوابه للقطاعات الناشئة والمتخصصة في مجالات التقنية الصحية والابتكار الرقمي.
ويتضمن الملتقى تنظيم «مسابقة رؤية الجيل القادم»، التي تركز على استقطاب مشاريع ناشئة في مجالات الصحة الرقمية، والتقنيات الحيوية، والابتكار السريري، وسط مشاركة واسعة من داخل المملكة وخارجها، تشمل مناطق الشرق الأوسط وآسيا وأوروبا وأمريكا الشمالية.
وتخضع المشاريع المتقدمة للمسابقة لتقييم لجنة تحكيم دولية تضم خبراء وممثلين عن صناديق استثمارية ومؤسسات رعاية صحية، من بينها صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، ومجموعة البنك الدولي، و«ديرفيلد»، وغيرها. وتصل قيمة الجائزة الكبرى إلى 100 ألف ريال سعودي.
وتشمل المسابقة فئتين رئيسيتين: الأولى مخصصة للجهات والقطاعات الناشئة في مراحلها الأولية، والثانية للجهات التي تجاوزت مرحلة التمويل الأولي، كما تهدف إلى دعم الابتكار في تحسين الوصول إلى الخدمات الصحية، وتعزيز الرعاية الوقائية والمساواة في تقديمها.
ويقام الملتقى هذا العام في مركز الرياض للمعارض والمؤتمرات بملهم، وسط زخم اقتصادي متزايد، إذ أظهرت بيانات حديثة أن المملكة جذبت أكثر من 860 مليون دولار من الاستثمارات في الشركات الناشئة خلال النصف الأول من 2025، ما يمثل 56% من إجمالي رأس المال الاستثماري في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
ويشمل الملتقى أيضاً «منتدى المستثمرين»، الذي يقام في اليومين الثاني والرابع، ويعد منصة للتواصل بين المستثمرين المحليين والدوليين وممثلي القطاعات الناشئة، ويُسلّط اليوم الأخير من المنتدى الضوء على نماذج المشتريات وسلاسل التوريد في القطاع الصحي، بما يتماشى مع المبادرات البيئية والاقتصادية للمملكة.
The "Global Health Forum 2025" returns to the capital Riyadh for its eighth edition, from October 27 to 30, under the patronage of the Ministry of Health, and with support from the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030. The forum opens its doors to emerging and specialized sectors in the fields of health technology and digital innovation.
The forum includes the organization of the "Next Generation Vision Competition," which focuses on attracting emerging projects in the fields of digital health, biotechnology, and clinical innovation, with wide participation from within the Kingdom and abroad, including regions from the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and North America.
Projects submitted to the competition will be evaluated by an international judging panel comprising experts and representatives from investment funds and healthcare institutions, including the Public Investment Fund, the World Bank Group, and "Deerfield," among others. The grand prize is valued at 100,000 Saudi Riyals.
The competition includes two main categories: the first is dedicated to entities and sectors in their early stages, while the second is for entities that have surpassed the initial funding stage. It also aims to support innovation in improving access to healthcare services and enhancing preventive care and equity in its delivery.
This year's forum will be held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Conference Center in Malham, amidst increasing economic momentum, as recent data showed that the Kingdom attracted over $860 million in investments in startups during the first half of 2025, representing 56% of the total venture capital in the Middle East and North Africa region.
The forum also includes an "Investors Forum," which takes place on the second and fourth days, serving as a platform for communication between local and international investors and representatives of emerging sectors. The last day of the forum will highlight procurement models and supply chains in the healthcare sector, in line with the Kingdom's environmental and economic initiatives.
