كشف برنامج الضمان الاجتماعي والتمكين عن الفرق بين مرحلتي البحث الآلي والبحث الميداني، المعتمدتين ضمن نظام الضمان الاجتماعي المطور، بهدف توضيح آلية التحقق من أهلية المستفيدين.
وأوضح البرنامج عبر حسابه في منصة "X" أن البحث الآلي يُعد المرحلة الأولى، وتتم فيها مراجعة المعلومات المقدمة من المستفيد عبر المنصة الإلكترونية للتأكد من صحتها واكتمالها بشكل إلكتروني.
فيما يأتي البحث الميداني في المرحلة التالية، إذ يقوم الباحث الاجتماعي بزيارة ميدانية لمسكن المستفيد، للتحقق من البيانات المقدمة وتقييم الوضع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للأسرة على أرض الواقع.
ويأتي التوضيح في سياق سعي البرنامج لتعزيز الشفافية وتسهيل فهم المستفيدين للإجراءات المتبعة ضمن النظام المطور.
The Social Security and Empowerment Program revealed the difference between the automated search phase and the field research phase, which are part of the developed social security system, with the aim of clarifying the mechanism for verifying the eligibility of beneficiaries.
The program explained through its account on the "X" platform that the automated search is considered the first phase, during which the information provided by the beneficiary via the electronic platform is reviewed to ensure its accuracy and completeness electronically.
Meanwhile, the field research comes in the following phase, where the social researcher conducts a field visit to the beneficiary's residence to verify the submitted data and assess the social and economic situation of the family in reality.
This clarification comes in the context of the program's efforts to enhance transparency and facilitate beneficiaries' understanding of the procedures followed within the developed system.
