دشَّن الرئيس العام لرابطة العالم الإسلامي، رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد عبدالكريم العيسى، في مقرّ الرابطة بمكة المكرمة، حزمةً من المشروعات القرآنية الرائدة، تضمنت افتتاح «الملتقى التنسيقي الأول للمقارئ القرآنية التقنيّة العالمية -بمضامينه»، وإطلاق «البوابة الرقمية للمقرأة التقنية العالمية»، وإنشاء رابطة للمقارئ التقنية، هي الأولى من نوعها، وذلك في احتفاء كبير شهد مشاركة نخبة من العلماء المختصين والباحثين والممارسين لإقراء القرآن الكريم وتعليمه، وممثلي 50 مَقرأة قرآنية تقنية عالمية، تمثّل جهودًا متقدمة في تعليم القرآن الكريم وإقرائه -عن بُعد-، باستخدام تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة.
ورحّب العيسى بالضيوف، مبينًا أن التدشين يأتي في إطار رسالة الرابطة لتعزيز وحدة الأمة الإسلامية، مشيرًا إلى أنَّ ذلك يأتي تعزيزًا لمجالاتٍ عديدة في مقدمتها هذه الخدمةُ الجليلة لكتاب الله -جلّ وعلا-، وقال: «التعاون الإسلامي في المهام القرآنية في طليعة مستهدفات الوحدة الإسلامية التي تضطلع بها الرابطة وفق رؤيتها ورسالتها التأسيسية».
وخاطب العيسى الحضور بقوله: «إن الرابطة منكم وإليكم، فهي حسنة من حسنات المملكة العربية السعودية أهدتها إلى العالم الإسلامي»، سائلًا الله عزَّ وجل أنْ يجزل مثوبة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وولي عهده الأمين على ما قدّما ويقدّمان للإسلام والمسلمين.
من جانبه ألقى كلمة نيابةً عن ممثلي المقارئ المشاركة في الملتقى الدكتور أحمد جميل من جمهورية إندونيسيا نوه فيها بجهود الرابطة العريقة والمتعددة في خدمة القرآن الكريم وأهله، في إطار رؤية علمية تقنية تسعى لربط العالم بكتاب الله، وتيسير تعليمه وإتقانه بالضوابط والأصول.
وباسم المقارئ المشاركة، توجَّه الدكتور جميل بخالص العرفان، وعظيم التقدير، إلى خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، و وليِّ عهده الأمين، على ما يُولِيانه من رعاية مباركة لكتاب الله عز وجل، ودعمٍ متواصل للمؤسسات والمبادرات القرآنية في داخل المملكة وخارجها.
وعقِب الجلسة الافتتاحية عُقِدت أربع جلسات تضمنت نقاشاتٍ وأوراقًا علمية في جملة من المحاور، أبرزها: ضوابط الإقراء والإجازة القرآنية عبر المقارئ التقنية، وتطوير الوسائل والبرامج التعليمية لخدمة الإقراء القرآني -عن بُعد-، وتنسيق الجهود الدولية في تنظيم وضبط الإقراء باستخدام التقنية، وعرض المبادرات التقنية النوعية في تعليم القرآن الكريم وإقرائه.
وأصدر الملتقى عددًا من التوصيات، منها إنشاء «رابطة المقارئ القرآنية التقنية العالمية»، لتكون كيانًا دوليًّا منبثقًا عن رابطة العالم الإسلامي، يُعنى بشؤون الإقراء التقني.
وفي ختام الملتقى، عبّر المشاركون عن خالص شكرهم وتقديرهم للمملكة العربية السعودية، لما تُقدِّمه من دعم وعناية ورعاية متواصلة لكتاب الله تعالى، ولرابطة العالم الإسلامي، على تنظيم هذا الملتقى الذي ينتظم في جهودها المباركة في خدمة القرآن الكريم، والتنسيق العالمي في الإقراء وتعليمه.
The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Abdulkarim Al-Issa, inaugurated a package of pioneering Quranic projects at the League's headquarters in Mecca, which included the opening of the "First Coordinating Forum for Global Quranic Recitation Centers - with its contents," the launch of the "Digital Gateway for the Global Quranic Recitation Center," and the establishment of an association for technical recitation centers, the first of its kind. This was celebrated with significant participation from a select group of specialized scholars, researchers, practitioners of Quranic recitation and teaching, and representatives from 50 global technical Quranic recitation centers, representing advanced efforts in teaching and reciting the Quran remotely using modern communication technologies.
Al-Issa welcomed the guests, indicating that the inauguration comes within the framework of the League's message to enhance the unity of the Islamic nation, noting that this serves many areas, foremost among them this noble service to the Book of Allah - the Exalted and Most High. He said: "Islamic cooperation in Quranic tasks is at the forefront of the targets for Islamic unity that the League undertakes according to its vision and foundational message."
Addressing the attendees, Al-Issa said: "The League is from you and to you; it is a good deed from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that it has gifted to the Islamic world," asking Allah, the Almighty, to reward the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the trustworthy Crown Prince for what they have provided and continue to provide for Islam and Muslims.
For his part, Dr. Ahmad Jamil from the Republic of Indonesia delivered a speech on behalf of the representatives of the participating recitation centers, praising the League's long-standing and diverse efforts in serving the Quran and its people, within a scientific and technical vision that seeks to connect the world with the Book of Allah and facilitate its teaching and mastery according to the rules and principles.
On behalf of the participating recitation centers, Dr. Jamil expressed sincere gratitude and great appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the trustworthy Crown Prince, for their blessed care for the Book of Allah, and their continuous support for Quranic institutions and initiatives both inside and outside the Kingdom.
Following the opening session, four sessions were held that included discussions and scientific papers on a number of topics, most notably: the rules of recitation and Quranic certification through technical recitation centers, the development of educational tools and programs to serve Quranic recitation - remotely -, coordinating international efforts in organizing and regulating recitation using technology, and presenting qualitative technical initiatives in teaching and reciting the Quran.
The forum issued a number of recommendations, including the establishment of a "Global Association of Technical Quranic Recitation Centers," to be an international entity emanating from the Muslim World League, concerned with the affairs of technical recitation.
At the conclusion of the forum, the participants expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its continuous support, care, and attention to the Book of Allah, and to the Muslim World League for organizing this forum, which aligns with its blessed efforts in serving the Quran and global coordination in its recitation and teaching.
