أطلقت وزارة السياحة، خدمة إلكترونية جديدة تتيح لمشغلي مرافق الضيافة السياحية في العاصمة المقدسة والمدينة المنورة التقدم بطلب زيادة الطاقة الاستيعابية «السريرية» خلال موسم الحج القادم، حسب الإجراءات والاشتراطات المعتمدة.
وأوضحت الوزارة، أن إطلاق الخدمة يأتي في إطار جهود الوزارة في تطوير الخدمات الإلكترونية وتسهيل الإجراءات، بما يسهم في تعزيز كفاءة التشغيل ودعم جاهزية القطاع لتقديم أفضل الخدمات لضيوف الرحمن.
كما يأتي إطلاق هذه الخدمة في إطار الاستعدادات المبكرة لوزارة السياحة لموسم حج عام 1447هـ، وامتدادًا لجهودها في دعم قطاع الضيافة المرخصة من الوزارة، والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة من قبل مرافق الضيافة لحجاج بيت الله الحرام عبر حلول إلكترونية ميسرة وفعالة، حيث تعمل الوزارة لتسخير إمكانياتها الإلكترونية من أجل ضمان راحة ضيوف الرحمن وتمكينهم من أداء رحلتهم الإيمانية بكل يسر وطمأنينة.
The Ministry of Tourism has launched a new electronic service that allows operators of tourist hospitality facilities in the holy capital and Medina to apply for an increase in "bed capacity" during the upcoming Hajj season, according to the approved procedures and requirements.
The ministry clarified that the launch of the service comes as part of its efforts to develop electronic services and facilitate procedures, which contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the sector's readiness to provide the best services to the guests of Allah.
This service launch also comes as part of the early preparations by the Ministry of Tourism for the Hajj season of the year 1447 AH, and as an extension of its efforts to support the licensed hospitality sector, and to elevate the quality of services provided by hospitality facilities to the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah through accessible and effective electronic solutions. The ministry is working to harness its electronic capabilities to ensure the comfort of the guests of Allah and enable them to perform their spiritual journey with ease and tranquility.
