ألزمت وزارة التعليم المعلمات في مرحلتي رياض الأطفال والحضانات حصولهن على شهادة نافذة المفعول في الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي للأطفال من الجهة المعنية.
وبينت الوزارة في الدليل التنظيمي للحضانة ورياض الأطفال الذي سيتم العمل به اعتباراً من العام الدراسي الجديد 1447هـ ضرورة حصول من يباشر العمل في الروضة والحضانة على شهادة صحية صادرة من الجهة المعتمدة، يتم تجديدها دوريا، تثبت خلوّهن من الأمراض المعدية، أو المعيقة عن أداء الواجبات اليومية.
وتضمنت التنظيمات مراعاة التدابير الصحية اللازمة وفق معايير الجودة للوقاية من الأمراض، والإصابات، والعدوى، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية والجهات المختصة، والالتزام بتحديث ملف الطفل لمتابعة صحته ونموه، ويشمل ذلك التطعيمات المعتمدة، والفحوصات الروتينية، والملاحظات المتعلقة باحتياجاته الصحية مثل الأمراض المزمنة والحساسية، وغيرها والالتزام بالإجراءات الصحية للتعامل مع أي حالات مرضية أو أمراض معدية، أو الحالات التي تتطلب عناية خاصة؛ لحماية الطفل والمحيطين به واتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة عند حدوث أي مستجدات في الحالة الصحية للطفل والمحافظة على البيئة الصحية داخل المبنى، والعناية بالنظافة والتعقيم، والتخلُّص السليم من النفايات وتمكين الأطفال من ممارسة اللعب والأنشطة البدنية الملائمة لخصائصهم النمائية، في الملاعب الخارجية والداخلية.
The Ministry of Education has mandated that teachers in the kindergarten and nursery stages obtain a valid certificate in first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation from the relevant authority.
The ministry clarified in the organizational guide for nurseries and kindergartens, which will be implemented starting from the new academic year 1447 AH, the necessity for anyone working in the kindergarten and nursery to have a health certificate issued by the accredited authority, which must be renewed periodically, proving their freedom from infectious diseases or conditions that hinder daily duties.
The regulations included considerations for necessary health measures according to quality standards to prevent diseases, injuries, and infections, in coordination with the relevant authorities and specialized entities, and the commitment to update the child's file to monitor their health and development. This includes approved vaccinations, routine examinations, and notes related to their health needs such as chronic illnesses and allergies, among others, as well as adherence to health procedures for dealing with any medical cases or infectious diseases, or cases that require special care; to protect the child and those around them and to take all necessary measures in the event of any changes in the child's health condition, while maintaining a healthy environment within the building, ensuring cleanliness and sterilization, proper waste disposal, and enabling children to engage in play and physical activities suitable for their developmental characteristics, in both outdoor and indoor playgrounds.
