Today, Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz visited the Paris Police Security Operations Center.

He was welcomed upon his arrival by the Paris Police Prefect, Laurent Nunez.

During the visit, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud was briefed on the operational mechanisms used in managing security operations and monitoring the field situation around the clock, listening to an explanation from the officials at the center about the modern technical systems in use, as well as the main tasks assigned to the operations room for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The Minister of Interior witnessed a security scenario presented by the Paris police regarding how to handle emergency situations.

He also visited the Investigation, Support, and Security Intervention Forces of the French National Police.

During the visit, he listened to an explanation from the commander of the Investigation, Support, and Security Intervention Forces, Guillaume Cardy, about the nature of the forces' work and their field missions in facing security threats and responding quickly in emergency situations.

The forces conducted a security exercise during the visit to address threats using the latest tactical methods and supporting technologies.

The official delegation accompanying the Minister of Interior attended both visits.
