توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم -بمشيئة الله تعالى- استمرار تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على مناطق الرياض، المدينة المنورة، مكة المكرمة، تصل إلى شبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية على الطريق الساحلي الواصل إلى جازان، كذلك على منطقة نجران، في حين لا يستبعد تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة المصحوبة برياح نشطة على منطقتي جازان وعسير، كما يبقى الطقس حارًا إلى شديد الحرارة على المنطقة الشرقية.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 10 - 30 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط, وغربية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة 20 - 45 كم/ساعة على الجزء الجنوبي, وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط, ومن متر إلى مترين على الجزء الجنوبي, وحالة البحر خفيف الموج على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط, ومتوسط الموج على الجزء الجنوبي، وعلى الخليج العربي ستكون حركة الرياح السطحية شمالية غربية إلى شمالية تتحول مساءً جنوبية شرقية إلى شرقية على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط, وشرقية إلى شمالية شرقية على الجزء الجنوبي بسرعة 10 - 30 كم/ساعة, وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر, وحالة البحر خفيف الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report today -God willing- that the effect of active winds stirring up dust and sand will continue in the regions of Riyadh, Medina, and Mecca, reaching near-zero visibility on the coastal road leading to Jazan, as well as in the Najran region. Meanwhile, the formation of thunderstorm clouds accompanied by active winds is not ruled out in the regions of Jazan and Asir. The weather will remain hot to very hot in the Eastern region.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea is northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 10 - 30 km/h in the northern and central parts, and westerly to northwesterly at a speed of 20 - 45 km/h in the southern part. The wave height will range from half a meter to one meter in the northern and central parts, and from one meter to two meters in the southern part. The sea condition will be mild in the northern and central parts, and moderate in the southern part. In the Arabian Gulf, the surface wind movement will be northwesterly to northerly, shifting in the evening to southeasterly to easterly in the northern and central parts, and easterly to northeasterly in the southern part at a speed of 10 - 30 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one meter, and the sea condition will be mild.
