زارت بريجيت فورنييه مستشارة الأمن والجاهزية في سفارة كندا، اليوم، مركز العمليات الأمنية الموحدة (911) في منطقة الرياض، ترافقها مسؤولة الشؤون الأمنية وإدارة المخاطر والطوارئ والأزمات واستمرارية الأعمال بالسفارة نادين الشهال الحموي.
واطلعت بريجيت فورنييه، على أقسام المركز والتقنيات المتطورة المستخدمة لتحقيق التنسيق والتكامل بين جميع الجهات الأمنية والخدمية، وسرعة ودقة الاستجابة للبلاغات، وجهود المركز في تقديم الخدمات للمواطنين والمقيمين والزائرين.
يذكر أن مركز العمليات الأمنية الموحدة (911) بمنطقة الرياض يخدم (22) محافظة، بجانب مدينة الرياض، ووحدة عمل (62) غرفة عمليات في مكان واحد وبرقم طوارئ موحد (911)، ويختص باستقبال جميع المكالمات الطارئة الخاصة بعدد من الجهات الأمنية والخدمية.
Brigitte Fournier, the Security and Readiness Advisor at the Canadian Embassy, visited the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Riyadh region today, accompanied by the Embassy's Security Affairs and Risk Management, Emergency and Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Officer, Nadine Al-Shahal Al-Hamwi.
Brigitte Fournier was briefed on the center's departments and the advanced technologies used to achieve coordination and integration among all security and service entities, as well as the speed and accuracy of response to reports, and the center's efforts in providing services to citizens, residents, and visitors.
It is worth mentioning that the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Riyadh region serves (22) governorates, in addition to the city of Riyadh, and operates (62) operation rooms in one place with a unified emergency number (911). It is specialized in receiving all emergency calls related to several security and service entities.
