أعلنت وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية، ممثلة في وكالة تنمية القدرات البشرية، بدء التقديم على برنامج الابتعاث المبتدئ بالتوظيف في شركة تبوك للصناعات الدوائية، لمرحلة الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية، ضمن مسار «واعد» الذي يُعد أحد المسارات الإستراتيجية لبرنامج خادم الحرمين الشريفين للابتعاث، سعياً من الوزارة لتطوير الكفاءات الوطنية، وإكسابها المهارات العالية للتعامل مع أحدث التقنيات في صناعة الأدوية.
ويستهدف البرنامج الذي ينفّذ في جامعة Greenwich بالعاصمة البريطانية لندن، تأهيل الطلبة وتنمية مهاراتهم في تصميم وتحليل الأنظمة الكهربائية والإلكترونية، إذ يدمج بين المسارات النظرية والتطبيق العملي باستخدام تقنيات حديثة، كما يركز على تطوير القدرات البحثية والمهنية.
ويُكسب البرنامج الطلبة فهماً عميقاً للتطبيقات الصناعية، ومعرفة شاملة بأحدث التقنيات الصناعية، والحلول الإدارية المرتبطة بالأعمال الهندسية، بما يسهم في تأهيلهم مهندسين محترفين.
ويبدأ التقديم على البرنامج خلال الفترة من 23 وحتى 27 يوليو 2025، فيما تبدأ الدراسة في 22 سبتمبر 2025، وتتضمن متطلبات القبول حصول الطالب على درجة البكالوريوس في أحد تخصصات الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية، ودرجة (6.5) فأعلى في اختبار الأيلتس.
ويأتي برنامج الابتعاث المبتدئ بالتوظيف في شركة تبوك للصناعات الدوائية، في إطار جهود وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية المستمرة للاستثمار في رأس المال البشري، وتطوير الكفاءات الوطنية في القطاع الصناعي، بالتعاون مع برنامج خادم الحرمين الشريفين للابتعاث، وبالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص.

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, represented by the Human Capacity Development Agency, has announced the opening of applications for the scholarship program that begins with employment at Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, for a master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, as part of the "Waaid" pathway, which is one of the strategic pathways of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program. This initiative aims to develop national competencies and equip them with high skills to deal with the latest technologies in the pharmaceutical industry.
The program, which will be implemented at Greenwich University in London, UK, aims to qualify students and develop their skills in designing and analyzing electrical and electronic systems. It integrates theoretical pathways with practical application using modern technologies, while also focusing on enhancing research and professional capabilities.
The program provides students with a deep understanding of industrial applications, comprehensive knowledge of the latest industrial technologies, and management solutions related to engineering work, contributing to their qualification as professional engineers.
Applications for the program will be accepted from July 23 to July 27, 2025, while classes will commence on September 22, 2025. Admission requirements include obtaining a bachelor's degree in one of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering disciplines and achieving a score of 6.5 or higher on the IELTS test.
The scholarship program that begins with employment at Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company is part of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources' ongoing efforts to invest in human capital and develop national competencies in the industrial sector, in collaboration with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program and in partnership with the private sector.
