عقدت محاكم المملكة نحو 1.3 مليون جلسة قضائية ما بين مرئية وكتابية -عن بعد- من خلال خدمة «التقاضي الإلكتروني»، خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي 2025م.
وأوضحت وزارة العدل أن المحاكم أصدرت -عن بعد- خلال نفس الفترة أكثر من 524 ألف حكم، فيما بلغ عدد القرارات أكثر من 300 ألف قرار.
وتحافظ خدمة «التقاضي الإلكتروني» على الضمانات القضائية كافة وفق حوكمة تضمن تحقيق تلك الضمانات بما يتناسب مع طبيعة هذا المسار، الذي يختصر الوقت والجهد على المستفيدين.
وتتضمن الخدمة جميع إجراءات التقاضي المنصوص عليها في الأنظمة التي يمكن تطبيقها إلكترونياً، كتبادل المذكرات وتقديم المستندات والمحررات وعقد جلسة الترافع الإلكتروني والمرافعة عن بُعد عبر الاتصال المرئي، والنطق بالحكم واستلام نسخة الحكم والاعتراض عليه أمام المحكمة الأعلى درجة، وذلك عبر منصة رقمية خاصة بالوزارة.
The courts of the Kingdom held approximately 1.3 million judicial sessions, both virtual and written - remotely - through the "Electronic Litigation" service during the first half of the current year 2025.
The Ministry of Justice clarified that the courts issued - remotely - more than 524,000 rulings during the same period, while the number of decisions exceeded 300,000.
The "Electronic Litigation" service maintains all judicial guarantees in accordance with governance that ensures the achievement of those guarantees in line with the nature of this pathway, which saves time and effort for beneficiaries.
The service includes all litigation procedures stipulated in the regulations that can be applied electronically, such as exchanging memos, submitting documents and records, holding electronic pleading sessions, and remote advocacy via video conferencing, pronouncing judgments, receiving copies of judgments, and appealing before the higher court, all through a digital platform specific to the ministry.
