أشرف سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى تونس الدكتور عبدالعزيز الصقر، ووزير التجهيز والإسكان التونسي صلاح الزواري، على تسليم 129 مسكناً جماعياً ممولاً من الصندوق السعودي للتنمية في محافظة سوسة جنوب العاصمة تونس.
وأعرب الوزير الزواري، عن شكره وتقديره للمملكة على دعمها ووقوفها الدائم إلى جانب تونس، مشيراً إلى أن هذا المشروع سيستفيد منه أصحاب الدخل المحدود.
من جانبه، هنّأ السفير الصقر الأسر المستفيدة من المشروع، مؤكداً أن المملكة تقف مع تونس في كل ما من شأنه دعم النمو والتنمية، والإسهام في العديد من المجالات.
وتتضمن المرحلة الأولى من المشروع الذي يتوزع على عددٍ من محافظات تونس، تقديم 4,715 مسكناً اجتماعياً بتمويلٍ ميسر من الصندوق السعودي للتنمية تبلغ قيمته 150 مليون دولار.
The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Tunisia, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Saqr, and the Tunisian Minister of Equipment and Housing, Salah Zouari, oversaw the handover of 129 collective housing units funded by the Saudi Fund for Development in the Sousse Governorate, south of the capital Tunis.
Minister Zouari expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Kingdom for its continuous support and solidarity with Tunisia, noting that this project will benefit low-income individuals.
For his part, Ambassador Al-Saqr congratulated the families benefiting from the project, affirming that the Kingdom stands with Tunisia in all matters that support growth and development, and contribute to various fields.
The first phase of the project, which is distributed across several governorates in Tunisia, includes the provision of 4,715 social housing units with facilitated financing from the Saudi Fund for Development amounting to 150 million dollars.
