تفقد مدير عام الجوازات المكلّف اللواء الدكتور صالح بن سعد المربع، صالات الجوازات في مطار الملك فهد الدولي بالدمام، للوقوف على الخدمات المقدمة للمسافرين، والاطلاع على البوابات الإلكترونية التي تهدف لتحسين تجربة المسافرين.
وحثّ اللواء المربع منسوبي جوازات المطار على أداء مهماتهم المنوطة بهم بدقة وإتقان، وتسخير الإمكانات البشرية والتقنية لخدمة المواطنين والمقيمين والزائرين بيسر وسهولة.
The Acting Director General of Passports, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba, inspected the passport halls at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam to assess the services provided to travelers and to review the electronic gates aimed at enhancing the travel experience.
Major General Al-Murabba urged the airport passport staff to perform their assigned duties with precision and excellence, and to utilize human and technical resources to serve citizens, residents, and visitors with ease and convenience.
