نفَّذت وزارة السياحة 4400 زيارة رقابية على مرافق الضيافة بمختلف أنواعها، أسفرت عن ضبط 1252 مخالفة في عددٍ من الوجهات السياحية الصيفية في عسير، والباحة، والطائف وجدة، وذلك بالتزامن مع موسم صيف السعودية، الذي يأتي تحت شعار «لوّن صيفك».
وتأتي جهود وزارة السياحة الرقابية للوقوف على مستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة، وتوفر متطلبات السلامة، ومستوى النظافة، إضافة إلى التزام مرافق الضيافة بالحصول على ترخيصٍ من الوزارة.
ودعت الوزارة جميع السيّاح والزوار إلى الإبلاغ عن أي ملاحظات تتعلق بالخدمات المقدمة في مرافق الضيافة السياحية، عبر التواصل مع المركز الموحد للسياحة على الرقم (930).
The Ministry of Tourism conducted 4,400 inspection visits to hospitality facilities of various types, resulting in the detection of 1,252 violations in several summer tourist destinations in Asir, Al-Baha, Taif, and Jeddah, coinciding with the Saudi Summer season, which comes under the slogan "Color Your Summer."
The Ministry of Tourism's regulatory efforts aim to assess the quality of services provided, ensure safety requirements are met, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure that hospitality facilities comply with obtaining a license from the ministry.
The ministry urged all tourists and visitors to report any observations related to the services provided in tourism hospitality facilities by contacting the unified tourism center at the number (930).
