أصدرت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم، بيانًا بشأن تنفيذ حُكم القتل تعزيرًا في محمود المنتصر أحمد يوسف -مصري الجنسية- لإقدامه على قتل عبدالملك بن بكر بن عبدالله قاضي -سعودي الجنسية- بطعنه بالسكين (16) طعنة، وذلك بالتخطيط المسبق وتبييت النية بالاعتداء على حرمة منزل المجني عليه والدخول عنوة بدفع الباب بقوة، والشروع في قتل زوجة المجني عليه عدلة بنت حامد مارديني -سعودية الجنسية- بالاعتداء عليها بالضرب والطعن؛ ما تسبب لها بعدة إصابات قاصدًا إزهاق النفس المعصومة، والاستيلاء على مبلغٍ مالي تحت تهديد السلاح الذي أحضره من منزله مستغلًا بذلك كبر سن المجني عليهما وانفرادهما بالمنزل لوحدهما.
وبفضلٍ من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب الجريمة، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه، ولبشاعة وفظاعة ما أقدم عليه من جرمٍ عظيمٍ وعملٍ محرمٍ، وهو من أكبر الكبائر وأعظم الجرائم، ولتأصل الشر والإجرام في نفسه وخطورته، ولما في فعله من جرأة على الدماء وإخلال بالأمن وترويع الآمنين في أنفسهم وأموالهم، واستهتاره واستهانته بالحرمات بعد تبييت النية وتكرار الطعنات مما يستدعي عقوبة قاطعة للشر زاجرة عنه، فقد تم الحكم عليه بالقتل تعزيرًا، وأصبح الحكم نهائيًا بعد تأييده من مرجعه، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا بالجاني اليوم الخميس 22 / 01 / 1447هـ الموافق 17 / 07 / 2025م بالمنطقة الشرقية.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن، وتحقيق العدل، وتنفيذ أحكام الله في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين، ويسفك دماءهم ويسلب أموالهم وينتهك حقهم في الحياة والأمن، وتحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of the death penalty for Mahmoud Al-Montaser Ahmed Youssef - an Egyptian national - for his act of killing Abdul Malik bin Bakr bin Abdullah Qadi - a Saudi national - by stabbing him (16) times with a knife, having premeditated and intended to violate the sanctity of the victim's home by forcibly entering and pushing the door open, and attempting to kill the victim's wife, Adla bint Hamid Mardini - a Saudi national - by assaulting her with blows and stabs; which caused her several injuries with the intent to take an innocent life, and seizing a sum of money under the threat of the weapon he brought from his home, taking advantage of the advanced age of the two victims and their isolation in the house alone.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him led to charges being brought against him for committing the crime. Upon being referred to the competent court, a ruling was issued confirming the charges against him, and due to the heinousness and atrocity of the grave crime he committed, which is among the gravest of sins and the most serious of crimes, and because of the deep-rooted evil and criminality in his nature and the danger he posed, as well as the boldness of his actions against bloodshed and the disruption of security, instilling fear in the safe regarding their lives and property, and his disregard for sanctities after premeditating and repeatedly stabbing, which necessitates a decisive punishment to deter him from further wrongdoing, he was sentenced to death. This ruling became final after being upheld by his reference, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally determined.
The death penalty was carried out against the perpetrator today, Thursday, 22 / 01 / 1447 AH, corresponding to 17 / 07 / 2025 AD, in the Eastern Province.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintain security, achieve justice, and implement God's laws against anyone who transgresses against the safe, sheds their blood, robs their wealth, and violates their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who might contemplate such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
