كشفت منصة الدعم والحماية الاجتماعية التابعة لبرنامج الضمان الاجتماعي والتمكين، آلية تحديد تبعية المحضونين في حال وقوع خلاف أسري أو انفصال بين الوالدين.
وأكدت المنصة أن تبعية المحضون تُعتمد وفق ما يرد في صك الحضانة في حال توفره، بينما يتم تحديد التبعية للأسرة الأقرب إلى مدرسة المحضون في حال عدم وجود الصك.
وأبانت المنصة أحقية الباحث الاجتماعي في إعادة تقدير تبعية المحضون بناءً على معايير ميدانية يتم توثيقها في تقرير زيارة المسكن، مشيرة إلى أن هذه الخطوة تهدف إلى ضمان وصول الدعم لمستحقيه وتنظيم بيانات الأسر المستفيدة.
The support and social protection platform affiliated with the social security and empowerment program has revealed the mechanism for determining the guardianship of children in the event of a family dispute or separation between parents.
The platform confirmed that the guardianship of the child is based on what is stated in the custody document, if available, while the guardianship is determined by the family closest to the child's school in the absence of such a document.
The platform clarified that the social worker has the right to reassess the guardianship of the child based on field criteria that are documented in the home visit report, indicating that this step aims to ensure that support reaches those who deserve it and to organize the data of beneficiary families.
