دعت أمانة العاصمة المقدسة جميع ملاك العقارات والأنشطة التجارية بمكة المكرمة لتصحيح أوضاع أنشطتهم التجارية والصناعية، وتحديث بيانات الملكيات، وتعديل أوضاع الأنشطة عبر منصة «بلدي»، وذلك وفقًا لنظام تسجيل الهوية العقارية، الذي يشمل: رخص إنشاء المباني، ورخص تشغيل الورش والمستودعات والتشليح ومعامل الحدادة والنجارة والألمنيوم، ورخص تسوير الأراضي، وذلك في إطار الجهود المستمرة لتنظيم استخدامات الأراضي؛ لتحقيق أعلى درجات الامتثال للنظم واللوائح البلدية.
وتؤكد الأمانة ضرورة تقدم كل من لا يملك رخصة إنشائية بطلب هدم المبنى وإزالته، أو تصحيح أوضاعه وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة، وأنه يجب على مُلّاك المنشآت التي لا تملك رخص تشغيل نظامية التقدم بشكل عاجل؛ لتصحيح أوضاع أنشطتها التجارية والصناعية.
وتشدد الأمانة على أنها ستباشر إغلاق وإزالة المنشآت التي تمارس أنشطتها خارج النطاقات المخصصة لها، كالمعارض والورش والمستودعات ومعامل النجارة والحدادة، وذلك حفاظًا على التنظيم العمراني والصحة والسلامة العامة، وتماشيًا مع المخططات التنموية المعتمدة.
وتهيب الأمانة مجددًا بجميع المواطنين والجهات ذات العلاقة إلى سرعة التجاوب مع هذا الإجراء تفاديًا للمخالفات النظامية؛ لمواكبة الجهود الرامية إلى تطوير بيئة حضرية آمنة ومنظمة.
The Secretariat of the Holy Capital has called on all property owners and commercial activities in Mecca to rectify their commercial and industrial activities, update ownership data, and adjust their activities through the "Baladi" platform, in accordance with the real estate identity registration system, which includes: building permits, permits for operating workshops, warehouses, auto dismantling, and metal and woodworking shops, as well as land fencing permits. This is part of the ongoing efforts to regulate land uses to achieve the highest levels of compliance with municipal systems and regulations.
The Secretariat emphasizes the necessity for anyone without a construction permit to submit a request for the demolition and removal of the building, or to rectify its status according to the approved regulations. Owners of establishments that do not possess valid operating licenses must urgently apply to correct the status of their commercial and industrial activities.
The Secretariat stresses that it will begin closing and removing establishments that operate outside their designated areas, such as exhibitions, workshops, warehouses, and carpentry and blacksmithing shops, in order to maintain urban organization and public health and safety, and in line with the approved development plans.
The Secretariat once again urges all citizens and relevant entities to promptly respond to this procedure to avoid regulatory violations, in line with efforts aimed at developing a safe and organized urban environment.
