أعلنت جامعة طيبة بالمدينة المنورة فتح باب القبول في برنامج السنة التأهيلية للصم وضعاف السمع للعام الجامعي 1447هـ، وذلك ضمن جهود الجامعة لتحقيق تعليم شامل وموائم، كإحدى ثمار إستراتيجية التحول البرامجي الأكاديمي.
ويأتي البرنامج انطلاقًا من توجه الجامعة لدعم منظومة التعليم للأبناء من ذوي الإعاقة، إذ يشترط للقبول أن يكون المتقدم حاصلًا على شهادة الثانوية العامة بمعدل لا يقل عن (80 %) لخريجي معاهد الأمل للصم أو برامج الدمج، ولا يقل عن (70 %) لمدارس التعليم العام، إضافة إلى اجتياز اختبار القبول المخصص لهذه الفئة واجتياز المقابلة الشخصية التي تعقدها لجنة القبول، مع ضرورة التفرغ التام للدراسة وإحضار ما يثبت الإصابة بفقدان سمعي أو صمم.
وأوضحت الجامعة أن مدة الدراسة في البرنامج عام دراسي واحد، ويشمل القبول الطلاب والطالبات، داعية الراغبين إلى زيارة البوابة الإلكترونية للجامعة للاطلاع على التفاصيل وإتمام إجراءات التسجيل.
Taibah University in Medina has announced the opening of applications for the preparatory year program for the deaf and hard of hearing for the academic year 1447 AH, as part of the university's efforts to achieve inclusive and accommodating education, which is one of the fruits of the academic program transformation strategy.
The program comes as part of the university's direction to support the educational system for children with disabilities. To be eligible for admission, applicants must have a high school diploma with a minimum average of (80%) for graduates of Al-Amal Institutes for the Deaf or integration programs, and no less than (70%) for general education schools. Additionally, they must pass the admission test designated for this category and successfully complete a personal interview conducted by the admissions committee, with the requirement of full dedication to study and providing proof of hearing loss or deafness.
The university clarified that the duration of study in the program is one academic year, and it includes both male and female students. It invites those interested to visit the university's electronic portal to view the details and complete the registration procedures.
