مدير الأمن العام يزور المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني في الجزائر

The Director of Public Security, Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Basami, visited the General Directorate of National Security in Algeria yesterday and met with the Director of National Security, General Supervisor Ali Bidawi.

During the meeting, they discussed aspects of bilateral cooperation in several security fields, including training, combating cybercrime, developing the capabilities of scientific police, addressing transnational organized crime, in addition to exchanging expertise and joint coordination.

Lieutenant General Al-Basami and the accompanying delegation were briefed on the capabilities of the Central Laboratory for Scientific and Technical Police at the "Chattouneuf" center, and listened to an explanation about the mechanisms for analyzing forensic evidence, along with a visit to the Command and Control Center of Algiers Security, and an overview of the smart surveillance technologies used to support field security operations.
