أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم بياناً بشأن تنفيذ حُكم القتل قصاصاً في مبارك بن سمير بن مسعود العازمي (سعودي الجنسية) لإقدامه على قتل فهد بن عبدالله بن شبيب الدوسري (سعودي الجنسية)، وذلك بطعنه عدة طعنات؛ مما أدى إلى وفاته.
وبفضل من الله تمكّنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور، وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب الجريمة، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نُسب إليه وقتله قصاصاً، وأصبح الحكم نهائياً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل قصاصاً بالجاني اليوم السبت 17 / 1 / 1447 الموافق 12 / 7 / 2025 في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of the death penalty by Qisas for Mubarak bin Samir bin Masoud Al-Azmi (Saudi national) for his act of killing Fahd bin Abdullah bin Shabeeb Al-Dosari (Saudi national) by stabbing him multiple times, which led to his death.
Thanks to God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in charges being brought against him for committing the crime. He was referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against him and sentencing him to death by Qisas. The ruling became final after it was appealed and subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided.
The death penalty by Qisas was carried out on the perpetrator today, Saturday, 17/1/1447, corresponding to 12/7/2025, in the Makkah region.
