أعلنت الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض بدء إجراءات نزع ملكية العقارات المتعارضة مع مسارات برنامج تطوير محاور الطرق الدائرية والرئيسية بمدينة الرياض، حيث دعت ملاك العقارات المشمولة بالإزالة إلى التحقق من ملكياتهم، وتعبئة البيانات، وتقديم المستندات المطلوبة إلكترونياً، أو عبر مراجعة مكتب تنفيذ الطرق التابع للهيئة.
وأشارت الهيئة إلى أنه يمكن للملاك رفع المستندات إلكترونياً عبر الموقع الإلكتروني، أو مراجعة مكتب تنفيذ الطرق التابع للهيئة.
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City has announced the commencement of expropriation procedures for properties that conflict with the routes of the development program for circular and main roads in Riyadh. It has called on property owners subject to removal to verify their ownership, fill out the required data, and submit the necessary documents electronically, or by visiting the Roads Implementation Office of the Commission.
The Commission indicated that owners can upload documents electronically via the website, or visit the Roads Implementation Office of the Commission.
