أكد أمين المنطقة الشرقية المهندس فهد بن محمد الجبير أن توفير السكن الملائم يُعد من أولويات القيادة الرشيدة- أيدها الله- ويُشكل ركيزة أساسيّة من ركائز جودة الحياة، مشيداً بما توليه الحكومة من دعم متواصل لقطاع الإسكان، الأمر الذي انعكس في تحقيق وتجاوز مستهدفات طموحة في هذا القطاع الحيوي.
جاء ذلك خلال زيارته، يوم الثلاثاء 8 يوليو 2025م، لمعرض «سكني – العميل أولاً»، الذي نظمته NHC Innovation برعاية أمين المنطقة الشرقية، وذلك في مركز سكني الشامل بمحافظة الخبر.
وأشاد المهندس فهد بن محمد الجبير بما شاهده من تكامل وتنوع في الجهات العارضة والخدمات المقدمة، مؤكداً أن المعرض يُعد نموذجاً ناجحاً للشراكة بين الجهات المعنية في القطاع السكني، ويُسهم بشكل فاعل في تمكين المواطنين وتعزيز الخيارات السكنية المتاحة لهم.
كما ثمّن جهود NHC Innovation، ودورها في دعم المبادرات الإسكانية، مشيراً إلى أن المنطقة الشرقية تشهد نقلة نوعية في مشاريع الإسكان، عبر تنفيذ عدد من المشاريع الكبرى التي تواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وشهد المعرض مشاركة واسعة من الجهات الحكومية والخاصة العاملة في القطاعين السكني والتمويلي، واستعرض أبرز المشاريع والمبادرات، إلى جانب تقديم خيارات تمويلية متعددة، تسهم في تلبية احتياجات المستفيدين.
ودعت وكالة الإسكان والتنمية جميع المهتمين لزيارة المعرض والاطلاع على ما يُقدَّم من خدمات وفرص، في إطار جهود الأمانة لتعزيز التنمية الحضرية وتحقيق مستهدفات برنامج جودة الحياة ضمن رؤية 2030.
The Eastern Province Secretary, Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubair, confirmed that providing suitable housing is one of the priorities of the wise leadership - may God support it - and constitutes a fundamental pillar of quality of life. He praised the continuous support the government provides to the housing sector, which has reflected in achieving and exceeding ambitious targets in this vital sector.
This came during his visit on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, to the "Housing - Customer First" exhibition, organized by NHC Innovation under the sponsorship of the Eastern Province Secretary, at the Comprehensive Housing Center in the Governorate of Khobar.
Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubair praised what he witnessed in terms of integration and diversity among the exhibiting entities and the services provided, emphasizing that the exhibition is a successful model of partnership between the relevant parties in the housing sector and effectively contributes to empowering citizens and enhancing the housing options available to them.
He also appreciated the efforts of NHC Innovation and its role in supporting housing initiatives, pointing out that the Eastern Province is witnessing a qualitative shift in housing projects through the implementation of several major projects that align with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The exhibition witnessed wide participation from government and private entities operating in the housing and financing sectors, showcasing the most prominent projects and initiatives, in addition to providing multiple financing options that help meet the needs of beneficiaries.
The Housing and Development Agency invited all interested parties to visit the exhibition and learn about the services and opportunities offered, as part of the agency's efforts to enhance urban development and achieve the objectives of the Quality of Life Program within Vision 2030.
