طالب مجلس الشورى، الهيئة العامة لعقارات الدولة بتطوير مؤشرات أدائها، وربطها بأهدافها الإستراتيجية، وقياسها بشكل دوري، والتركيز على مهماتها الرئيسية المنصوص عليها في تنظيمها.
ودعا مجلس الشورى في جلسته العادية الـ36 من أعمال السنة الأولى للدورة التاسعة المنعقدة برئاسة نائب رئيس المجلس الدكتور مشعل فهم السُّلمي، قطاعات عدة بتحسين الخدمات وتعزيز كفاءة الأداء، وتوفير تشريعات مرنة، فيما تمهّلت اللجان المجلس، وطلبت منحها مزيداً من الوقت لدراسة ما طرحه الأعضاء من آراء ومقترحات والعودة بوجهة نظرها إلى المجلس في جلسة لاحقة.
ودعا عضو مجلس الشورى الدكتور سالم آل جربوع، الثقافة بحصر الأماكن والقرى الأثرية في قرى وهجر المملكة والمحافظة عليها وعلى هذا الإرث العظيم، وطالبت لجنة الثقافة والرياضة والسياحة بمنحها مزيداً من الوقت؛ لدراسة ما طرحه الأعضاء من آراء ومقترحات والعودة بوجهة نظرها إلى المجلس في جلسة لاحقة.
وأصدر المجلس، قراراً بشأن ما تضمنه التقرير السنوي للهيئة العامة للطيران المدني، طالب فيه الهيئة بدراسة أسباب انخفاض عدد الرحلات الداخلية ومعالجتها، بما يتناسب مع حاجة جميع المطارات، خصوصاً المطارات الحدودية. ودراسة أسباب تعثر مشاريعها ومعالجتها، وتفعيل دور «شركة مطارات القابضة» التابعة لها؛ للقيام بمسؤولياتها في تطوير المطارات السعودية. وطالب المجلس الهيئة العامة للأمن الغذائي بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات الصلة؛ لدراسة آلية مالية للتحوط من تقلبات أسعار السلع الغذائية في الأسواق العالمية، وطالب مجلس الشورى هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية بتحسين تغطية خدمات الاتصالات اللاسلكية والإنترنت في الأماكن العامة. وطالب المجلس المركز الوطني للوقاية من الآفات النباتية والأمراض الحيوانية ومكافحتها بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة؛ للتوسع في إنشاء مختبرات الصحة النباتية والصحة الحيوانية لتغطي مناطق المملكة كافة. وناقش المجلس التقرير السنوي للمعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي، وأكدت عضو المجلس الدكتورة لبنى العجمي، أهمية إدراج مسار تدريبي تخصصي ومستدام ضمن خطة المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي، يعنى بتأهيل المعلمين مع ذوي الإعاقة، ويدرج ضمن التصنيفات الإحصائية للتقارير السنوية، بما يعزز من شمولية التطوير المهني ويحقق التوازن في فرص التأهيل التربوي. وناقش المجلس، التقرير السنوي للهيئة السعودية للبحر الأحمر. وفي مداخلة له طالب عضو مجلس الشورى الدكتور حسن آل مصلوم، الهيئة بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لتطوير إجراءات اصدار تأشيرات السياحة الساحلية، وتوفير الوقود المناسب لقوارب النزهة وسفن الرحلات البحرية السياحية بأسعار تنافسية، وتحفيز الربط بين أنشطة السياحة الساحلية والسياحة في الوجهات البرية المجاورة لها. ودعا عضو المجلس فضل البوعينين إلى أهمية توسيع نطاق عمل وإشراف الهيئة السعودية للبحر الأحمر لتشمل البحر الأحمر والخليج العربي. وطالب عضو المجلس زاهر الشهري، الهيئة السعودية للبحر الأحمر بإيجاد الحلول المالية الممكنة لإطلاق منصتها الرقمية، من خلال دراسة خيارات التمويل المتاحة، وبناء شراكات استراتيجية تضمن توفير الموارد اللازمة.

The Shura Council has called on the General Authority for State Properties to develop its performance indicators, link them to its strategic goals, measure them periodically, and focus on its main tasks as stipulated in its regulations.
The Shura Council, in its 36th regular session of the first year of the ninth term, chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the Council, Dr. Mishal Fahm Al-Sulami, urged several sectors to improve services, enhance performance efficiency, and provide flexible legislation. Meanwhile, the committees requested more time to study the opinions and proposals presented by the members and to return with their perspective to the council in a later session.
Shura Council member Dr. Salem Al-Jarbooa called for the culture of documenting archaeological sites and villages in the villages and hamlets of the Kingdom and preserving this great heritage. The Culture, Sports, and Tourism Committee requested more time to study the opinions and proposals presented by the members and to return with their perspective to the council in a later session.
The council issued a decision regarding the annual report of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, in which it called on the authority to study the reasons for the decline in the number of domestic flights and address them in accordance with the needs of all airports, especially border airports. It also called for studying the reasons for the stagnation of its projects and addressing them, and activating the role of the "Holding Airports Company" affiliated with it to fulfill its responsibilities in developing Saudi airports. The council urged the General Authority for Food Security to coordinate with relevant authorities to study a financial mechanism to hedge against fluctuations in food commodity prices in global markets. The Shura Council also called on the Communications, Space, and Technology Authority to improve coverage of wireless communication and internet services in public places. The council requested the National Center for Plant and Animal Pest Prevention and Control to coordinate with relevant authorities to expand the establishment of plant health and animal health laboratories to cover all regions of the Kingdom. The council discussed the annual report of the National Institute for Professional Educational Development. Council member Dr. Lubna Al-Ajmi emphasized the importance of including a specialized and sustainable training pathway within the National Institute for Professional Educational Development's plan, focusing on qualifying teachers with disabilities, and including it in the statistical classifications of annual reports, which enhances the comprehensiveness of professional development and achieves balance in educational qualification opportunities. The council also discussed the annual report of the Saudi Red Sea Authority. In his intervention, Shura Council member Dr. Hassan Al-Masloom called on the authority to coordinate with relevant entities to develop procedures for issuing coastal tourism visas, provide suitable fuel for recreational boats and tourist cruise ships at competitive prices, and encourage the linkage between coastal tourism activities and tourism in the neighboring land destinations. Council member Fadl Al-Bouainin emphasized the importance of expanding the scope of work and supervision of the Saudi Red Sea Authority to include the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf. Council member Zaher Al-Shahri urged the Saudi Red Sea Authority to find possible financial solutions to launch its digital platform by studying available funding options and building strategic partnerships to ensure the provision of necessary resources.
