أعلنت وزارة التجارة عن استدعاء 88,518 شاحن متنقل من العلامة التجارية ANKER، تشمل الموديلات: (A1257، A1681، A1689، A1647، A1652)، والتي تم بيعها خلال الفترة من سبتمبر 2023م إلى يونيو 2025م.
ويأتي هذا القرار الاحترازي بعد رصد احتمالية حدوث ماس كهربائي داخلي في بطارية هذه الأجهزة، ما قد يؤدي إلى ارتفاع حرارة الشاحن وخطر اندلاع حريق.
ودعت الوزارة جميع المستهلكين إلى التوقف الفوري عن استخدام الشواحن المشمولة والتواصل مع الشركة المصنعة من أجل استبدال المنتج أو استرداد مبلغ الشراء حفاظاً على السلامة العامة.
The Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 88,518 portable chargers from the brand ANKER, including the models: (A1257, A1681, A1689, A1647, A1652), which were sold during the period from September 2023 to June 2025.
This precautionary decision comes after the detection of a potential risk of internal short circuit in the batteries of these devices, which could lead to overheating of the charger and the risk of fire.
The ministry urged all consumers to immediately stop using the affected chargers and to contact the manufacturer for product replacement or refund to ensure public safety.
