ترأس وزير العدل الدكتور وليد الصمعاني، أعمال الاجتماع الـ 74 للمكتب التنفيذي لمجلس وزراء العدل العرب، الذي عقد اليوم في مدينة الرباط، وذلك بعد إعادة انتخابه رئيساً للمكتب لدورة جديدة.
وقدم وزير العدل الدكتور وليد الصمعاني، شكره لأعضاء المكتب التنفيذي على إعادة انتخابه رئيساً للمكتب، وأكد أهمية العمل على تعزيز التعاون العربي في جميع المجالات العدلية، في ضوء قرارات مجلس وزراء العدل العرب.
وناقش الاجتماع الاتفاقية العربية لمكافحة الإرهاب وآلية تنفيذها، وتعزيز التعاون العربي والدولي في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب.
وبحث الاجتماع توحيد التشريعات العربية التي تشمل: مشروع القانون العربي النموذجي لمكافحة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، ومشروع القانون العربي الاسترشادي لحماية ومساعدة النازحين في الدول العربية.

The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, chaired the 74th meeting of the Executive Bureau of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice, which was held today in the city of Rabat, following his re-election as the head of the bureau for a new term.
Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani expressed his gratitude to the members of the Executive Bureau for re-electing him as the head of the bureau, and emphasized the importance of working to enhance Arab cooperation in all judicial fields, in light of the decisions of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice.
The meeting discussed the Arab Convention on Combating Terrorism and its implementation mechanism, as well as enhancing Arab and international cooperation in the field of combating terrorism.
The meeting also examined the unification of Arab legislations, which include: the draft Arab model law for combating drugs and psychotropic substances, and the draft Arab guiding law for the protection and assistance of displaced persons in Arab countries.
