The Real Estate Development Fund announced yesterday the deposit of 1 billion and 60 million riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the Real Estate Fund for June 2025.
The CEO of the Real Estate Fund, Mansour bin Madi, explained that the total support for June was allocated to support the profits of contracts for various housing support programs; aiming to support and enhance the beneficiaries' ability to own housing, in line with the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the initiatives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
He called on beneficiaries of the "Self-Build" and "Land and Loan" programs to take advantage of the new mechanism for disbursing financing installments, which will enable them to address the challenges they face in completing the stages of building their homes. He pointed out that the mechanism allows beneficiaries who have exceeded 36 months and have not completed the stages of building their homes to continue construction in accordance with their needs, and to reinstate housing support retroactively after the disbursement of the financing installment, according to regulations and conditions that ensure the continuity of housing support until the readiness and ownership of housing is achieved.
