أكدت هيئة الرقابة النووية والإشعاعية في السعودية استمرار أعمال الرصد الإشعاعي في مختلف مناطق المملكة، مشيرة إلى أن النتائج الحالية طبيعية ولا تدعو للقلق.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن عمليات المراقبة تشمل تقدير مستويات المواد المشعة في الهواء باستخدام مرشحات مخصصة للعوالق والغازات، وتُنفذ بشكل روتيني في عدة مواقع استراتيجية داخل المملكة.
وأضافت عبر حسابها الرسمي بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي «X» أن إجراءات الرصد تُكثّف في مثل هذه الظروف لضمان أعلى درجات الأمان البيئي.
The Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority in Saudi Arabia confirmed the continuation of radiological monitoring activities in various regions of the Kingdom, noting that the current results are normal and do not raise concerns.
The authority explained that the monitoring operations include assessing levels of radioactive materials in the air using specialized filters for particulates and gases, and are routinely conducted at several strategic locations within the Kingdom.
It added via its official account on the social media platform “X” that monitoring procedures are intensified under such circumstances to ensure the highest levels of environmental safety.
