أعلن صندوق التنمية الزراعية إطلاق خدمة إعفاء المتوفين عبر التطبيق الوطني الشامل «توكلنا»، بهدف تمكين العملاء من تقديم ومتابعة طلب الإعفاء بكل يسر عبر تطبيق «توكلنا»، وتحسين التجربة الرقمية للمستفيدين.
ويسعى الصندوق من خلال تطبيق «توكلنا» إلى تحقيق التكامل والتعاون مع الجهات الحكومية والمنصات الإلكترونية ذات العلاقة؛ لتقديم تجربة رقمية نوعية للمستفيدين بما يحقق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وتتيح الخدمة في تطبيق «توكلنا» إمكانية متابعة حالة طلب الإعفاء عبر خطوات بسيطة وميسرة لتنفيذ طلب الإعفاء لعملاء الصندوق، إضافة إلى توفير واجهة سهلة الاستخدام للوصول السريع للبيانات، وتأتي ضمن جهود الصندوق في دعم جهود التحول الرقمي وتطوير آليات خدمة العملاء، وضمان رضاهم وتحسين تجربتهم الرقمية.

The Agricultural Development Fund announced the launch of the exemption service for the deceased through the comprehensive national application "Tawakkalna," aimed at enabling clients to submit and track exemption requests easily via the "Tawakkalna" app, and improving the digital experience for beneficiaries.
The fund seeks, through the "Tawakkalna" application, to achieve integration and cooperation with government entities and relevant electronic platforms; to provide a high-quality digital experience for beneficiaries that aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The service in the "Tawakkalna" application allows users to track the status of the exemption request through simple and facilitated steps for executing the exemption request for the fund's clients, in addition to providing an easy-to-use interface for quick access to data. This initiative is part of the fund's efforts to support digital transformation, develop customer service mechanisms, ensure their satisfaction, and enhance their digital experience.
