The Pilgrims' City at the Hala Ammar crossing is witnessing the farewell of the guests of the Merciful after performing the rituals of Hajj, as they return to their homelands with quality services that embody the generosity of hospitality and the magnificence of performance, in a civil and humanitarian scene that reflects the Kingdom's comprehensive efforts in serving the pilgrims, under the direct follow-up and continuous supervision of Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz.
Government and service agencies participating in the city's operations continue to carry out their tasks with a high professional spirit; to ensure the comfort of the departing pilgrims, starting from smoothly completing procedures, through health and guidance services, and ending with providing authentic Saudi hospitality that accompanies the guests of the Merciful until the moment they leave the land of the Kingdom, carrying with them a gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques (a copy of the Holy Quran), and an unforgettable memory of an easy Hajj.
The city is witnessing a complementarity of efforts among security, health, customs, and humanitarian services sectors, in addition to the contributions of volunteers and field teams, in a collaborative work scene that highlights the level of care that the wise leadership - may God support it - provides to the guests of the Merciful from the arrival of the first pilgrim until the departure of the last pilgrim.
A number of departing Egyptian pilgrims confirmed that this year's Hajj experience was exceptional in all its details, from the moment of arrival to the moment of farewell, due to the facilities and the organization of quality and spatial services they experienced.
Pilgrim Mustafa Allam said: "We did not expect this high level of organization and precision at all stages, from reception to farewell, as everything was arranged and coordinated in a way that reflects the Kingdom's keenness to serve the guests of the Merciful," praising the quality of services provided to them in the Pilgrims' City at the Hala Ammar crossing.
Meanwhile, pilgrim Kawthar Mohammed expressed her appreciation for the efforts made: "What we saw here in the Pilgrims' City at Hala Ammar is an example to be followed in care and attention, as everyone working here treats us with high morals and a smile that never leaves them, along with distinguished services."
Pilgrim Najwa Ibrahim said: "This is not just a departure, but a farewell filled with gratitude. We thank the Kingdom, its leadership, and its people for the exceptional services provided to us, especially during our time in the Pilgrims' City at Hala Ammar."
For her part, pilgrim Safaa Abdulkhaleq indicated that she did not feel any fatigue or hardship thanks to the outstanding facilities and organization.
