11 اتفاقية لانضمام أعضاء جدد إلى التحالف السعودي لتقنيات الزراعة

The Deputy Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Engineer Mansour Al-Mushaiti, witnessed the signing of (11) agreements for the accession of new members to the Saudi Alliance for Agricultural and Food Technologies (SAFTA). This took place on the sidelines of his participation in the "GreenTech" exhibition in Amsterdam, during an official visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The signing is part of the Kingdom's efforts to enhance international cooperation and open new horizons in the fields of agricultural innovation. The agreements were signed with a number of leading Dutch entities, in the presence of a high-level Saudi delegation that includes officials from the Environment, Water, and Agriculture system, alongside representatives from national private sector companies. This initiative aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the Kingdom and the Netherlands, explore opportunities for joint cooperation in the sectors of environment, water, and agriculture, and build strategic partnerships that contribute to the exchange of expertise and stimulate innovation, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Additionally, a memorandum of accession was signed for the Dutch Water Partnerships Center and the Dutch Water Alliance to the Saudi Innovation in Water Initiative. These partnerships represent a qualitative leap in Saudi-Dutch cooperation towards enhancing food security and innovation in sustainable agricultural technologies. The Saudi Alliance for Agricultural and Food Technologies is a national platform that brings together local and international partners, aimed at supporting research and development, accelerating the adoption of modern technological solutions, and enabling the agricultural sector in the Kingdom to implement the best global practices in the fields of smart agriculture, environmental sustainability, and high-quality food production.
