أعلنت وزارة الداخلية ضبط قوات أمن الحج بمداخل مدينة مكة المكرمة واحداً من الوافدين و7 مواطنين؛ لمخالفتهم أنظمة وتعليمات الحج بنقلهم 21 مخالفاً لا يحملون تصاريح لأداء الحج.
وأصدرت الوزارة بحق الناقلين والمساهمين والمنقولين قرارات إدارية عبر اللجان الإدارية الموسمية، تضمنت عقوبات بالسجن وغرامات مالية تصل إلى 100,000 ريال، والتشهير بالناقلين وترحيل الوافدين منهم مع منعهم من دخول المملكة لمدة 10 سنوات بعد تنفيذ العقوبة، والمطالبة بمصادرة المركبات المستخدمة في النقل قضائيّاً، ومعاقبة من حاول أداء الحج دون تصريح بغرامة مالية تصل إلى 20,000 ريال.
ودعت وزارة الداخلية جميع المواطنين والوافدين إلى التقيد والالتزام بأنظمة وتعليمات الحج.
The Ministry of Interior announced that the Hajj security forces apprehended one expatriate and seven citizens at the entrances of the holy city of Mecca for violating Hajj regulations and instructions by transporting 21 violators who did not have permits to perform Hajj.
The ministry issued administrative decisions against the transporters, contributors, and those being transported through seasonal administrative committees, which included penalties of imprisonment and financial fines of up to 100,000 riyals, as well as publicizing the transporters' names and deporting the expatriates involved, with a ban on their entry into the Kingdom for 10 years after serving their sentences. Additionally, there will be a judicial demand for the confiscation of the vehicles used for transportation, and penalties for anyone attempting to perform Hajj without a permit, with fines of up to 20,000 riyals.
The Ministry of Interior urged all citizens and expatriates to adhere to and comply with the Hajj regulations and instructions.
