«الداخلية» تصدر دليلاً إرشادياً لتسهيل أداء مناسك الحج لهذا العام 1446

The Ministry of Interior has issued a guide with instructions and guidelines that contribute to maintaining the security and safety of the guests of Allah and facilitating the performance of the Hajj rituals for this year 1446 with safety, ease, and reassurance.

The guide includes instructions on how to reach the Holy Mosque in Mecca, as well as information about the designated pathways and pedestrian routes for the guests of Allah to access the areas for Tawaf (circumambulation) and Sa’i (walking between Safa and Marwah).

The guide reviews peak times at the Grand Mosque and its courtyards, guidelines for vehicle use during the Hajj season, and specific instructions for managing and organizing pedestrians and crowds, which require adherence to the designated times for the pilgrims to perform Tawaf and Sa’i and during the stoning of the Jamaraat throughout all stages of the pilgrimage. It also includes several guidelines that contribute to maintaining security and safety and performing the rituals with ease and reassurance, as well as information about the systems and regulations for performing Hajj (No Hajj without a permit) and the penalties imposed on violators.

The Ministry of Interior urges everyone to adhere to the Hajj regulations and instructions, which aim to ensure the security and safety of the pilgrims so they can perform their rituals with ease and reassurance, and to report any violations by calling the number (911) in the regions of Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and the number (999) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
