أعلن المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي مستجدات القطاع غير الربحي لشهر مايو 2025، إذ شهد القطاع تسجيل 34 جمعية أهلية، و6 مؤسسات أهلية، و12 صندوقاً عائلياً، في مختلف المجالات التنموية ذات الأولوية، وفي مختلف مناطق المملكة، ليكون إجمالي المنظمات غير الربحية المسجلة حتى نهاية شهر مايو 2025 أكثر من 6330 منظمة، كما أصدر المركز 472 ترخيصاً لجميع التبرعات لصالح المنظمات غير الربحية.
وضمن الدور الإشرافي والتنظيمي للمركز، أشار إلى ما أصدره حديثاً من قرارات في حق عدد من المنظمات غير الربحية والأفراد نظير تجاوزهم للأنظمة واللوائح ذات العلاقة، إذ أصدر المركز 22 إنذاراً بحق جمعيات أهلية، وعزل مجالس إدارة 6 جمعيات أهلية، وقرارا إداريا واحدا لإعادة تشكيل مجلس الإدارة المؤقت لجمعية أهلية، وحل جمعية أهلية واحدة اختياريا، و8 تطبيقات لعقوبة مخالفتها الأنظمة ذات العلاقة، ودمج 3 جمعيات أهلية إلى جمعيات أخرى قائمة، وإحالة جمعية أهلية للجهات المختصة، وإصدار 6 مخالفات لجمع التبرعات بحق الأفراد، والتعامل مع 42 بلاغا لمخالفات التبرعات، والعمل على 17 جلسة تحقيق، وإحالة 7 كيانات تجارية للجهات المختصة، وكيانين تجاريين إلى وزارة التجارة.
The National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector announced the updates for the non-profit sector for May 2025, as the sector witnessed the registration of 34 charitable associations, 6 charitable institutions, and 12 family funds in various priority developmental fields and across different regions of the Kingdom. The total number of registered non-profit organizations by the end of May 2025 exceeds 6,330 organizations. The center also issued 472 licenses for all donations in favor of non-profit organizations.
As part of its supervisory and regulatory role, the center pointed out its recent decisions regarding several non-profit organizations and individuals for violating the relevant regulations and rules. The center issued 22 warnings against charitable associations, dissolved the boards of directors of 6 charitable associations, issued one administrative decision to reconstitute the temporary board of directors of a charitable association, voluntarily dissolved one charitable association, applied penalties for violations of relevant regulations to 8 cases, merged 3 charitable associations into existing ones, referred one charitable association to the competent authorities, issued 6 violations for fundraising against individuals, dealt with 42 reports of fundraising violations, worked on 17 investigation sessions, referred 7 commercial entities to the competent authorities, and referred 2 commercial entities to the Ministry of Commerce.
