أعلنت وزارة الداخلية عن ضبط قوات أمن الحج بمداخل مدينة مكة المكرمة (6) وافدين و(18) مواطناً لمخالفتهم أنظمة وتعليمات الحج بنقلهم (99) مخالفاً لا يحملون تصاريح لأداء الحج.
وأصدرت الوزارة بحق الناقلين والمساهمين والمنقولين قرارات إدارية عبر اللجان الإدارية الموسمية، تضمنت عقوبات بالسجن وغرامات مالية تصل إلى (100,000) ريال، والتشهير بالناقلين وترحيل الوافدين منهم مع منعهم من دخول المملكة لمدة (10) سنوات بعد تنفيذ العقوبة، والمطالبة بمصادرة المركبات المستخدمة في النقل قضائياً، ومعاقبة من حاول أداء الحج دون تصريح بغرامة مالية تصل إلى (20,000) ريال.
ودعت وزارة الداخلية جميع المواطنين والوافدين إلى التقيد والالتزام بأنظمة وتعليمات الحج لينعم ضيوف الرحمن في أداء نسكهم بالأمن والأمان.
The Ministry of Interior announced that the Hajj security forces apprehended (6) expatriates and (18) citizens at the entrances of the holy city of Mecca for violating Hajj regulations and instructions by transporting (99) violators who do not hold permits to perform Hajj.
The ministry issued administrative decisions against the transporters, contributors, and those being transported through seasonal administrative committees, which included penalties of imprisonment and fines reaching up to (100,000) riyals, as well as public shaming of the transporters and deportation of the expatriates involved, with a ban on entering the Kingdom for (10) years after the penalty is served. Additionally, there will be a demand for the judicial confiscation of the vehicles used for transportation, and penalties for anyone attempting to perform Hajj without a permit, with fines reaching up to (20,000) riyals.
The Ministry of Interior called on all citizens and expatriates to adhere to and comply with the regulations and instructions of Hajj so that the guests of Allah can perform their rituals in safety and security.
