أعلنت مجموعة stc جاهزيتها الكاملة لدعم وتمكين الجهات الحكومية والخاصة خلال موسم حج 1446هـ، وذلك في إطار دورها الوطني كممكن رقمي رائد، ومن خلال بنيتها التحتية الرقمية المتقدمة وحلولها التقنية المتطورة.
وأكدت المجموعة أنها سخّرت إمكاناتها البشرية والتقنية لتمكين الجهات الحكومية والخاصة التي تعمل في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، عبر تقديم حلول اتصالات آمنة، وشبكات موثوقة، وخدمات سحابية متقدمة، بما يسهم في تسريع الاستجابة ورفع كفاءة العمليات الميدانية في المشاعر المقدسة.
وتعمل stc وفق خطة تشغيلية دقيقة تشمل دعم مراكز القيادة والسيطرة بأحدث التقنيات، وتوفير تغطية متقدمة لشبكة الجيل الخامس في مختلف المواقع، مع تعزيز سعة البيانات لتلبية احتياجات موسم الحج والطلب المتزايد على الخدمات الرقمية، إضافة إلى ترقية وتوسعة أكثر من 35 موقعاً لشبكة الجيل الخامس، ما ساهم في رفع سرعات الاتصال وتوسيع نطاق التغطية، خصوصاً في المناطق ذات الكثافة المرتفعة. كما تقوم بتشغيل مركز أعمال الحج الذي يقدم خدمات مركزية على مدار الساعة منسقاً بين الجهات الحكومية والخاصة والقطاعات الأمنية والخدمية.
وفي إطار التمكين التقني المتكامل، وظّفت stc تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لدعم اتخاذ القرار وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية، إذ تم استخدام حلول تحليل البيانات الفورية والتنبؤ بالأعطال وتحليل كثافة الحركة في المشاعر، مما ساعد الجهات المعنية على تحسين إدارة الحشود، وتقديم خدمات أسرع وأكثر دقة للحجاج.
وقد أنشأت المجموعة 11 وحدة لوجستية، و99 مركز صيانة في المشاعر المقدسة، يشرف عليها فريق متخصص من الفنيين يعملون على مدار الساعة؛ لضمان استمرارية الخدمات بأعلى كفاءة ودون انقطاع. كما أضافت 21 موقعاً جديداً لتحسين جودة الخدمات، وقامت بنشر 77 عربة متنقلة في المشاعر وضواحيها لتعزيز التغطية في المناطق ذات الكثافة العالية أو التي يصعب تنفيذ توسعة ثابتة فيها.
وتأتي هذه الجهود امتداداً لالتزام مجموعة stc برؤية السعودية 2030، من خلال تعزيز التحول الرقمي، ودعم القطاعات الحيوية، وتوفير بنية تحتية ذكية وآمنة تواكب تطلعات الحجاج وتُسهم في تحسين تجربة الحج بشكل مستدام.

The group confirmed that it has harnessed its human and technical capabilities to empower government and private entities that serve the guests of Allah, by providing secure communication solutions, reliable networks, and advanced cloud services, which contribute to accelerating response times and enhancing the efficiency of field operations in the holy sites.
stc operates according to a precise operational plan that includes supporting command and control centers with the latest technologies, providing advanced 5G network coverage in various locations, enhancing data capacity to meet the needs of the Hajj season and the increasing demand for digital services, in addition to upgrading and expanding more than 35 locations for the 5G network, which has contributed to increasing connection speeds and expanding coverage, especially in densely populated areas. It also operates a Hajj business center that provides centralized services around the clock, coordinating between government and private entities and security and service sectors.
As part of its integrated technical empowerment, stc has employed artificial intelligence technologies to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency, using real-time data analysis solutions, predicting faults, and analyzing traffic density in the holy sites, which has helped relevant authorities improve crowd management and provide faster and more accurate services to pilgrims.
The group has established 11 logistical units and 99 maintenance centers in the holy sites, supervised by a specialized team of technicians working around the clock to ensure the continuity of services at the highest efficiency without interruption. It has also added 21 new locations to improve service quality and deployed 77 mobile units in the holy sites and their surroundings to enhance coverage in high-density areas or areas where fixed expansions are difficult to implement.
