وزير الدفاع ونظيره اليوناني يستعرضان التعاون المشترك بين البلدين في المجال العسكري والدفاعي

Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz met today in Riyadh with Greek National Defense Minister Nikos Dendias.

During the meeting, they reviewed the prospects for joint cooperation between the two friendly countries in the military and defense fields, and discussed the current developments in the region in light of the ongoing Iranian attacks on the Kingdom and several countries in the region, and their implications for international peace and security.

Attending the meeting were Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Fayad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili, Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Hussein Al-Bayari, Defense Minister Advisor for Intelligence Affairs Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif, and the military attaché assigned to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Athens, Colonel Qutaim bin Farraj Al-Suhaili.

From the Greek side, the meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to the Kingdom, Katerina Varvarigos, the military attaché at the Embassy of the Hellenic Republic to the Kingdom, Colonel Panagiotis Nusias, and several officials.
